SCAM ARTIST – Jingnesh has done it again. Complete scam artist, don’t believe a word this guy says. He came to me from Onepower solar after having his quote rejected he then proceeded to go against his employer and recommend his friend orbit solar. After we proceeded with Orbit Jingesh contacted me asking if I wanted a Tesla powerwall and to float another clients purchase, I agreed transferring a deposit for the powerwall, he has since disappeared with my money and blocked my number. He will tell you anything you want to hear to get his hands on your money don’t believe this guy.

Terrible – Hi I would like to share my experience dealing with the above-named company. The company owner Jignesh Mehta offered to install a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery in 6-8 weeks. I paid the 50% money $3500 as an advance payment on 25/06/23. He told me that this was under offer and govt. was subsidising it. I am contacting trying to get refund. The owner stopped picking up my phone. When he gave the bank details, he used the Account name as Solar trust account but later we found out that he gave his individual BSB and account Number, however bank processed the payment on the basis of BSB and account Number without cross checking the account title. My take on dealing with this company is that the owner will take money from the client and would use it for his own personal business purposes. He is getting the money (interest-free) that he would use to expand his own business. In my case, he promised the Tesla Battery, in other cases he might be promising others other products. Considering my struggle in getting my money back, I would like to warn others to beware of the company's money-grabbing tactics. Any decent company will never hold your money. Any decent company will return your money if they cannot provide the service. No decent company should wait for Q CAT AND NCAT notice to return your money. This company is in no way decent. So please don't risk your money as you may have to take legal action to get the money back. All you will get is disappointment and have to go to fair trading and NCAT and spend more money (on NCAT) to get your hard-earned money. All because the company owner does not want to return your money and does not provide the service.

Beware of the company – [Name Removed] has taken $3,900 dollars from me for goods and services that were meant to be delivered in a two week time period as promised. Payment was made in the month of December 2022 and since then this person does not answer the calls and/or responds to my messages and/or emails

Beware of the company. Don't risk your money – Hi I would like to share my experience dealing with the above-named company. The company owner contacted me in May 2021 offering to install a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery in 6-8 weeks. I paid the money $4250 as a single payment. He told me that this was under offer and govt. was subsidising it. The owner kept giving me dates but did not install the battery till late 2021. In Oct 2021 I asked for a refund as he had not installed the battery till then. In Dec 2021 I asked for a refund having waited for 6 months. The owner stopped picking up my phone or answering my emails. I accordingly warned him and took him to fair trading in Feb- Mar 2022. He told Fairtrading that he would pay but did not make the payment. I had to take him to NCAT in April- May 2022 and following the NCAT ruling, he made the payment.

My take on dealing with this company is that the owner will take money from the client and would use it for his own personal business purposes. He is getting the money (interest-free) that he would use to expand his own business. In my case, he promised the Tesla Battery, in other cases he might be promising others other products.

I have all invoices and NCAT orders related to my dealing with the company.
