Helpful and professional – I had a problem with my LG aircon, rang Monday morning and spoke with Alex, not only did he help me over the phone, he actually was able to rectify the problem through his experience over the phone. Extremely poor service – They provided a reasonably priced quote (not cheapest, not most expensive), which we accepted - we wish we went the more expensive quote!! The system they installed is the wrong system and doesn't perform as expected or described during quotation process. The service since installation has been non existent! Don't reply to emails, don't return calls, this mob is absolutely useless. Don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else.
Disappointed after years of loyalty – Had this company install my system back around 2003 (I could have the time wrong) and had been a devoted customer having them come nearly yearly or so just to make sure all was running well with my $15,000 ducted system. and reset the breakers. After a number of years became kind of tired of this and really pushed the service rep to fix this. His fix was to re-boot it from the inside controller by prying it off the wall pulling the plug on it and putting it back in then back onto the wall. While it was a pain, it beat going outside. During the last service over 18 months ago they came out and cleaned out some drain pan thingy in the ceiling and it raised the noise level of the unit while operating in the house to around 10 decibels louder. Service rep flat out denied hearing any difference, but I could. So that never got addressed nor the problem with the electrical fault. Like the sap I am, I just lived with it as I find (in general) poor client satisfaction with many local businesses in the area and have grown used to it. I recently called them on January 24th, 2017 to book a service and maybe hopefully address these issues and make sure all is well with my system and was told I would get a call from the service department to book an appointment and granted they said they were very busy, fair enough I can wait a couple of weeks until they get out to see me. Never got a return call that day. I wait a week giving them the benefit of the doubt then call again on the 31st, however, this time I was more forthright (but even) and asked to book a service and get the above problems handled as well as a regular service. I added a proviso that if I did not receive a call to book an appointment by day's end that I would take my business elsewhere. No call, two days later no call. So here we are, I am on product review searching for another company to carry out the service and fix the problems they would not or could not address. In all fairness they have been... okay, but now this is the backlash from me for not valuing my business and my customer loyalty. Should have called me, how hard is that. TWO STARS (I am a generous guy) however, I do not like having my loyalty treated lightly.
