As always Awesome – What a great team, spoke to Monique about some upgrades to my Breakout, there's not too much Monique doesn't know about Harley's and such a lovely person to boot, always have a great time with Jimmy and Mark in service these guys go out of their way to help, the end result on my bike far exceeded my expectations, thank you everyone especially Monique for being the face of Sunshine Coast Harley Davidson for me, I shall return !!!! A waste of time and money – I put my bike in for new pushrods and to check the starter solenoid. After a month of not hearing anything I called them. Got my bike back 2 days later. Most of the push rod covers were new, not all of them and my bike still doesn't start.
Poor workmanship – Had my bike into Sunshine Coast Harley Davidson for warranty work witch they could not fix and I’m given a faulty dangerous bike to ride back home. I took the bike to a independent motorcycle repair shop to sort out the problem with the steering. Harley Davidson but a new tyre on my faulty 2022 Harley Davidson Fat Boy due to it scrubbing out at 4,000km My front axle was put back in no grease on axle no Loctite on bolts. I would not take my bike back to this shop I had there best mechanic work on my bike. If this is there best count my out. This bike has been faulty since new 10 months and it can not be fixed and Harley Davidson won’t fix it as to coast of repair it. I should just put up with it and count my loss of $40,675
