them I'm happy with other unit discussed prior. They rudely told me that all the unit price has been increased within few hours. Sorry but this is not how long term business work. Rental crisis should not be your reason of profit!!! Disappointed and never going back again.

The property management company with the WORST ratings on the sunshine coast – Gone downhill fast, now no respect, manipulators, aggressive, loss of best staff. Even five years ago I would have dealt with them but no longer.

Awful experience – After reading other reviews, the experience I had with this company doesn’t make me feel alone. As a renter, the fact that they try to take all the money from the bond back is absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend going through this company.

Terrible company – Rude and Hostile staff members , do not reply to emails and do not care about the tenants , only the landlords, it is not a caring or Empathetic company , was going to use bond refund to donate to starlight foundation , they did not care

blocked on Facebook for being honest – These guys would rather block someone on Facebook than fix their incompetence. company should be audited and shut down! dodgy staff who can't even respond to emails, and they rely on themselves and their families leaving positive reviews because no one else would.

Not Good – This is a company that looks after the owners but does not care about the tenants needs or issues , it's like we are constantly fighting an uphill battle to get help with anything & one little thing wrong & we are issued with a breach

As the managing agents for this property, we have legal obligations to uphold legislation to protect our owners and ultimately our company when tenants do not adhere to their signed lease agreement.

Our owners chose not to renew your lease and to issue you with a Notice To Leave, which they are well within their rights to do. We operate under owner instruction at all times and within the boundaries of the Queensland Legislation.

At no stage were any emergency repairs not attended to and at all times the smoke alarms compliance certificates were valid.

It is unfortunate that some tenants will not hold themselves accountable and/or responsible for their lease agreements that they have in place for properties that they lease from property owners.

You had the opportunity to challenge the claim on your bond through QCAT which you chose not to proceed with based on the amount of evidence held by our office.

feel apart, the house had 5 working lights and the carpet was disgusting.

Every with entry photos, and reports they claimed the entire bond, and although everything was done. They still claimed it and refused to settle for less. Although they had no right, the RTA Favour their say so.

If you're a renter. Be warned this company is all for the landlord and you WILL NOT get your bond back. Sunshine Coast Property Group should be completely audited because I have 5 friends who have rented through them and not a single person got their bond back, and not a single person would recommend them.

THEN they give bad referenced which are untrue, blatant lies and filled with incorrect details. I've got copies of the reference provided for me filled with nothing but lies.

Making me, and my son homeless and unable to find a home to live in with no remorse.

Do not use this company.

Good luck getting rid of me I'll be everywhere.

Worst Property Managers on the Sunshine Coast – We made the terrible mistake of allowing this business to manage our investment property. They failed at everything to do with managing our property and have left us with damaged furniture because they aren’t capable of carrying out an exit inspection. Furthermore they aren’t truthful in their dealings and should never be trusted.
