really made the difference was Stephie. She was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end — responsive, patient, proactive and genuinely committed to making sure everything was resolved properly. Even when circumstances became quite challenging, she took ownership, kept communicating with us, coordinated everything that needed to happen, and made us feel that we were genuinely being looked after.
Customer service of this standard is rare. Stephie is an absolute star and a real gem for Sunvista Energy. Anyone who has the opportunity to deal with Sunvista Energy through her is extremely fortunate. She went above and beyond at every stage and turned what could easily have been a frustrating experience into one that ultimately left us feeling very positive and well supported.
I also want to acknowledge the broader Sunvista Energy team. The installation team did a very good job, and we have been particularly pleased with the follow-up service after the installation. It is reassuring to see a company continue to provide support and take care of its customers even after the main job has been completed.

While I was thrilled with the price, I was mindful of the saying “you get what you pay for,” but this was quickly proven wrong. I met VP and his team of electricians and they went above and beyond, personally delivering the materials a few days prior to installation. This was far more than a standard delivery, especially considering it was done out of hours during the busy Christmas period. Truely a testament to the team’s work ethic and commitment.
The installation day itself was seamless. VP and his team assessed the property and provided clear options for the best battery placement. The entire process was smooth and trouble-free. Once completed, they took the time to thoroughly explain the battery system and app in full.
Exceptional service from start to finish. I was also reassured that if any issues arise, the team is always available, even at night, on weekends, or public holidays! A big shout out to VP and Danny! Highly recommend them
