Quick reply to request and a prompt pickup at a reasonable price – Called and requested the pickup of about 3 square meters of some mixed wood and metal from a house move. I got a prompt call back to my request, the pickup was arranged for the very next day, and the price was reasonable. Excellent!

Don't use this company, did not do as said – i called them, and arrange a visit and give me a free quote before I decide if I am happy to take it. Did not come on time, I called, said we call me when it was time. Someone call and refused to come and give cost unless i said confirm.

Don't deal with this company- rip off – I rang for a quote to remove and old desk, office storage cabinet, single mattress and another few small items. I spoke to [Name Removed], who assured me that if my junk would fit into a box trailer, the cost would be $150. I booked the job, but unfortunately did not get a quote in writing. When the 2 men came to remove the items, I reiterated what [Name Removed] had quoted me, and they said "yes, yes, you'll be okay". They smashed up and removed the furniture, which easily fitted into half a box trailer. They then demanded $400 cash, or $440 on the card. I repeated what [Name Removed] had quoted me, but they laughed, and said a single mattress removal costs $120. I was in shock, and handed over $350, which was all the cash I had on me. They said close enough, and took it. In hindsight I should have called [Name Removed] and not paid them. Anyway, I text [Name Removed] later to tell him what happened- he didn't care. I will never deal with this company again. If this is super cheap, I'd hate to see super expensive. I never got anything in writing or a receipt, which I should have got, my mistake cos I can't prove anything.
