Supercharged Solar

2 systems not working – Unusually for me I fell for the salesman hype. Had 2 systems installed at my home and work. Nearly 2 years later and neither system is operational. Been trying to get to the bottom of this but no one seems accountable. Have literally just paid off the$16k loan and have never had anything feed back into the grid. Stay away from this company. Next step Department of Fair trading.

incessant phone calls – After repeated requests to have my details removed from their marketing system- I am still receiving cold calls. This company is also breaching telemarketing laws by calling with a No Caller ID number. When I politely say I am not interested and to please stop calling me- The phone consultant ramps up and gets aggressive- and I eng up hanging up on them. Show details

Not working as promised – 4 years and nothing but problems. We arrange an independent inspection as the system hasn't been working right for the last 4 years and if anything no changes to our Electricity bill, as promised by the company. We have contacted the company a number of times but no response. Unfortunately we were taken for a ride. Stay away from this company they will take you to the cleaners. Show details

52 x panels and only $7.00 per month rebate in winter and $15.00 per month in high summer – Yes, that's what I receive in solar rebates . No one will give me a straight answer in this industry. No one seems to have any integrity at all. I am very disappointed as I'm spending $60,000 in repayments spread over five years and was hoping to reduce my bills! You are better off switching your lights off and lighting candles - however I run a business and that wouldn't look very professional. Show details

Very professional – From start to finish Supercharged where very helpful. I have just recieved my first bill and couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the company – I have been using solar energy with the company. Especially I will recommend to people who run business. The company can reduce electricity more than 50%. I used to pay ＄2000 a month before. After installed solar panels, I only pay around ＄300. It's much more efficient to protect environment, and reduce waste of energy.

Not good at all – 4 years still not working right, power bill still the same won’t return phone calls and keep brushing us off and now no phone numbers will work.

Smooth installation. Great System – Installation was very quick - 10 days after contract was signed. SolarEdge System is fantastic & great fun to use.

2 years and it still is not finished and not working – After many calls they still keep brushing me off and not calling back as my soler is not working and has not since day one, this is 2 years in.

Extremely poor customer service - NO communication and very very long delay – I'll see you in court Supercharged Solar! We signed a contract in August 2016. cancel the order and my $400 deposit refunded that I received a phone call from them asking me when the installation could be done. However, because of the long delay and lack of communication from Supercharged Solar we had signed a new contract with another provider.

Since January 2017 Supercharged Solar have not acknowledged or responded to any contact made to them (emails or phone). We were extremely patient (waiting 5 months for nothing) yet they demonstrated very poor customer service with no communication.

I have since lodged a complaint with Department of Commerce and Supercharged Solar are refusing to refund my deposit.

I would definitely not recommend or deal with Supercharged Solar and am glad we did not have our system installed by them. We have since had a system installed with a competitor company who could not have been more professional, helpful or friendly.

Disappointingly but as a matter of principle, we will now present our case before a magistrate in the Court to get our refund.

Very very poor Supercharged Solar!!

Great system - reduced bills - very happy – I had a 6KW Solar Edge system installed on our place at Torquay. Overall the installation experience was great & the system quality is top notch!

What guarrantee? – Had noise coming from steel roof after installation. After more then 12 phone calls owner [name removed] finally calls to site says he will fix the problem. 3 weeks later after my follow up, I am told because their insurance won't cover the repair they will not fix the problem. So much for their !5 year guarrantee!!!! Don't use this company!!!
