Reasonably good dog food – Bought this food for my greedy Labrador for a long time. It's reasonably priced especially if you're lucky enough to buy on sale. However it has a lot of fillers. i changed to a grain free brand which my dog enjoys and we don't have the massive wet stools on the lawn any more

Smelly farts! – I tried my 10 year old Labrador on Supercoat. After several weeks we had to stop it as he began pooping so much. His poops were sloppy, too plentiful and his farts were revolting. I was very disappointed as he is expensive to feed and Supercoat is very good value. I now have him on Advance and am pleased to say the flatulence is gone. His stools are fewer and firm. The price. It's availability.

Supercoat - Supergrain only – Bought the new formula on 13.11.12 since then and for the first time ever the dogs are so hungry they are protective of their food and sniffing out stools and eating them. I am not happy. I have been feeding them this food for the past 3 years as they (Beagles) tend to put on weight easily, and this is the first time this has happened. Will I buy… Read more

this product again? NO I am now stuck with at least 15 kg out of the bag of 20kg. I feel I should be compensated for the cost of the bag.

No nutricinal value. No mention of "return if not satisfied" on bag

Why would you feed your dog ceral? – Not too sure why you would feed your dog this. The main ingredient is cereals and by products. It's fairly common sense that your dog wouldn't eat cereal or any wheat related product as it's main food source in the wild. As for the second main ingredient, 'Meat by products', this means heads, feet, guts and all the other cast aways that offer very little nutritional value. Comes in a nice bag. Ingriedients

Absolutely amazing – My dog was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 18 mths. The vets immediately recommended this product - he was still a puppy as such but they told me to ignore that as it was more important he receive a balanced diet. The reason being he was an active cattle dog who now could barely do any exercise. We put him on these biscuits, he's now 5 and we've… Read more

never looked back since. My only advice - shop around as prices vary greatly.

Though not expensive prices still vary greatly between stores

Excellent – I am so glad I found this product. I will never go back to the other supermarket brand I used to use. Not only is it making my dog more comfortable but also his coat the shiniest it has ever been and he seems more energetic (not bad for an old doggie). 10/10 for this one!! Since using Supercoat my dogs skin allergies have cleared up. Until I… Read more

tried him on Supercoat he needed cortisone medication to prevent this problem. Now he needs no medication at all. Little bit more pricey than other supermarket brands. But worth paying the extra for my dog to be comfortable without medication

Excellent – As my dog got older she seemed to stack on the weight, so I was in need of a lower calorie pet food which still catered to her nutritional needs. Supercoat Light and Mature did exactly this and she loves the taste. She gulps it down and seems full and content after wards. This is an affordable store brought brand which is still of good quality. A great lower calorie pet food.
