Unlicensed, uninsured, not registered for Gst - Damaged carpet caused by Superior Floor Cleaning – Superior Floor Cleaning - [name removed] (Lithgow/ Bathurst area) cleaned my carpet ended up with stained bleached carpet in bedroom, and shrunk our axminster carpet in family room. Won't accept responsibility for the damage caused to my carpets, won't pay to have the problem fixed, didn't provide a receipt for monies paid and won't send receipt either. Please don't use this business!
