Superior Strata

superior strata saved me stress – I have been with superior strata for a while now, my family has told me good things about other companies associated with the strata managers there and are the ones that recommend them as I was having problems with my old strata managers, superior strata are straight to the point and I have not regretted the move, we had a leak in the building which was fixed the same day we called!

Ended up having to do ourselves – Superior Strata took on SP95100, I believe that the team have great intentions and beliefs but they are over-run with work, are chaotic in their communications, miss items and have provided us bad advice which has costs the owners corporation time and money. The defects are not their fault, but don't tell me I am not charging you for doing defect mgmt (schedule b fee) and then do a poor job of it so we have to pay a lawyer to do it. Charge me and do a good job.

There is adhoc use of processes and tools, there are too many emails that aren't read and just forwarded with a poor understanding of the building, motions put forward over complicate the situation and when ever you ask for something there is a death in the family. Like literally they must have had the worst couple of years that any family and small business could have.

The Strata committee have been asking for an AGM since March 2023. The managing agent proposed the meeting in the third week of July, their agreement with us was up by July 3rd. I gave up on them at this point.
