Horrendous and not at all trustworthy!! – We used this company today to move from our 4 bedroom house in Taylors Lakes to our new house in Brookfield. house takes around 30 mins… We were originally quoted $99 per hour for the truck, yesterday we had a call saying that a mistake had been made and there was a $60 call out charge, so we found ourselves worse off than the last company we used to move. With it being so close to moving date we said we were not happy to have it sprung on us, but needs must, just go ahead and we will pay.. A few hours later another call…. We made another mistake…. its actually $100 call out….. again we said we weren't happy, but would pay and write a letter of complaint later….please just move us. This morning I received another call from them saying that the quote of $99 hr plus $100 call out was plus GST… Yeah fine… They started at 9:00am on this blistering hot day, we took the food over to the new house in the eskys to keep the freezer empty, at around 2:30 the guys came and asked for payment, I said can you please get the freezers off the truck as the food is defrosting, we will pay you when you finish….the guys refused saying if we didn't pay them they would take our fridge freezers, valued at around $3000, straight away we pulled a car in front of their truck and contacted the Police, the guy became quite irate but I told him he was going nowhere with our goods, I told him the police had been called and that the money was his as soon as he removed the goods…..45 minutes past…….I tried to reason with him…….no……..had a brief look at his truck, the LHR tyre was bald, I told him that when the police got here they would be interested to see it, and that as his truck would be given a defect notice….. again not at all bothered, these guys just put 2 fingers up to the law…. Eventually they released the goods after almost 1 hr, also trading as Blue Rhino Removals, Superstar Removal…. No receipt given

Poor… don't speak english when you complain

Do not use this company – I wish I had read these reviews before I booked this company. I rang and booked for the removal of a 2 bedroom apartment , including a piano - I twice clarified that it was an entire apartment. waited 2 hours for another 2 guys to arrive. These guys had no idea how to move furniture and damaged an expensive antique armoire and took a chunk out of a wall. When I rang the manager to complain about the delay and damage, he said that the first 2 guys had to leave because their truck needed to be repaired - a blatant lie because I viewed their job sheet, and the job sheet of the subsequent removalists, they both said one piano only. Also, they did not need a truck because I was moving within the same building. When I asked for a receipt, they said it will be emailed, yet it is still to arrive - maybe the tax office needs to look into this amateur outfit.

Do not use Superstar - Kew East' – I had hired Super Star Removalist last week (15th of Feb,2013) and they broke both my bedsides during transportation. They have stopped answering my calls and not even reponding to my emails. One of the worst customer service with no sense of responsibility or obligation towards someones belongings. Even the condition of the truck used to do the job needs a removalist itself. expensive, bad service, Unpunctual

Damaged our goods – These are not removalists! do not use them under any circumstances. Damaged both items that needed moving, continued to push items through a doorway with little regard to the damage to the stainless fridge and freezer. We have notified our supplier and will advise all schools to not use these cowboys. Damaged two $5000 fridge and freezers that our school worked very hard to raise the funds for.

Expensive and poor service – They are the worst - bad businessmen. And I'm told they operate as Superstar Removalists as well. 1. consequently, they took more than 9 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment to a location that is only 20 mins away. A year ago (with another removalist, it took only 5 hours)

3. We had to order another truck (from another company thus incurring another $55 callout fee) to move the furniture that wouldnt fit in the truck.

4. They broke the washing machine - the service man that I brought out said that the drum was smashed inside most likely from being roughly handled in the move. But they wouldnt claim on their insurance because I had signed a piece of paper at the end of the move saying that everything was in order. Of course I hadnt tested the machine at that time.

5. It took them 3 phone calls over the space of 2 weeks before I finally got a call back from the Customer Service officer - who was also the owner Rocky (so he says). His response to my claims - "why did you take so long to tell us this, how can you now prove this to be true, it was so long ago!" Uhh, I called you 3 days after I moved and it took 3 follow-up phone calls before you called me back...."oh well actually I'm a really busy man"

So all in all it cost me $1400 to move a 2 bedroom apartment to a location that is only 20 mins away. I think that says it all.

Bad service, expensive, as written above

Don't use them – After doing a fair job, for which I paid cash,they left with my purse containing over $500 cash. Despite 5 phone calls I was not called back and then finally when I spoke withthe manager, they took no responsibility. Do not use! – This company is an absolute disgrace. Do not use! They damaged our place and we had to send them home. They then lied about the damage and took zero responsibility. They sent inexperienced people to the job and they then demanded we pay them after the damage had been made. They dumped our couches on the lawn.

This is the single worst experience I have had with any service. Ever.

a really nice hard worker, but got lost on both moves adding at least 2 hours to their lateness, both times. To get the job done, my family did most of the physical moving. This company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but when questioned, you guessed it, don`t speak English, someone will call you back..... Please, please, do not use this company......

importance of the amount of wrapping material to bring from their Kew office but when they got to our place they realised they did not have enough and I had to go and buy some from another shop. Removal men nice enough but still took 3 days. No call back after lodging complaint with the office. Spoke to Kathy and asked for manager to call me back but never did. I ended up having to help the guys move stuff off the truck as it was getting dark. Many other issues...
