I thought it was an alright site to order supplements from but now I've found out that the prices are nearly DOUBLE compared to some other sites. Never buying from this overpriced site again.

The reviews score speaks for itself. Three products now, two failed last one half okay half bad. I was given a Supplement from them because they failed to execute a 24 hour delivery policy when they were offering the 24 hour delivery back last year and it injured my lower back and got worse the more I took it and then ceased it immediately. I could tell the man on the phone was making it up about that product that didn't cause injuries.

Selling items they don't have in stock – I purchased three flavours of Muscle Nation Casein Custard on Jan 5 2023, and a week later was yet to receive a shipping notification. I emailed their customer service team to enquire on the status and was advised that "we do not have the flavours in stock at the moment for your order...we have no estimate when we can expect a new shipment". proceeded to list the flavours they do have in stock instead, offering to swap my order or provide a refund (I requested the refund and am still waiting to receive confirmation that it's been processed).

Very poor customer service considering the only way I found out about the lack of stock was because I had emailed to see where my order was at. Incredibly misleading to be taking payments for items they don't have in stock and aren't planning to restock any time soon! Had I not enquired about shipment I doubt I'd have ever been informed that I wouldn't receive my items.

Glitchy Website – Ordered yesterday but got a call the following morning that they do not have a flavour I ordered due to a glitchy system according to the guy who called me. I asked for refund instead.
