Supreme Strata

We’re a small block of two 20-year-old units in Ashfield with very limited facilities (no lift, no swimming pool), yet we’re being charged $2,000 per quarter. The roof has leaked and one of the balconies is leaking as well, and we’ve been quoted $220K-$260K for Re-waterproofing repairs — which, in my opinion, is far from a reasonable price.

We have been working with Supreme Strata as our strata manager and have been very pleased with their service. They manage our building efficiently and are always responsive to any queries or issues. no WHS report, ongoing failure to carry out necessary repairs, and support for shifting responsibility for window safety devices to individual lot owners despite common property obligations.

I would not recommend Supreme Strata to owners seeking proper governance, compliance, and accountability.
