Bought a Brand New KTM DUKE – Drove out to Suttos today to pick up a new bike i purchased from Aaron of Suttos, I have bought a lot of bikes in my life but never experienced such thorough professionalism from Purchase to delivery of bike, Aaron knew absolutely everything about the bike I bought and was incredibly helpful, i now have 2 bikes from them and they wont be the last....Highly recommended !

Tubliss System – I had bought a new front tyre and the Tubliss system for my KTM, and fitted at Suttos. On a ride last November I had a problem with it deflating, testing in water there were bubbles coming from the spokes. I contacted Suttos, they said to bring it in but would not be covered by warranty as I haven't maintained the correct pressures. I dropped it off 6/2/2020, the next day they rang back to say they needed to take the tyre off and I would have to buy a new tyre. I called back to say not to take it off, I will try elsewhere, they rang back to say they could take it off and put in a heavy duty tube. I said that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I picked it up (2nd 100klm round trip) took it home and followed the "Reset Procedure" in the Tubliss instructions, without a beadbreaker it still only took 20 minutes. Result - Pressure maintained!

This has been a most frustrating experience not only with the total incompetence of anyone I spoke to at Suttos but the condescending attitudes and accusations to the customer have been insulting.

absolute lack of Interest in the need of Clients for parts – I was trying to get a Rekluse Clutch in a hurry before the next State-championship but had no luck even getting any answers about when the Clutch that was on back order would even be available. They did not once call me back to give me an answer. So after 2 weeks I decided to get it straight from America - it was here in a week($150.00 cheaper) and when I called Justin back to complain about his lack of service and I told him that I managed to get one and that I would never support Sutto's again he told me "that is great" - really surprised how you can be the distributor of a big American company and have such an attitude.

Bad service – Ordering parts from here is a waste of time staff are freindly but they take a very long time to get the parts in, i brought my bike frm them because they are a big shop and i figured they would stock a fair amount of parts, i was very wrong. FREINDLY staff Too long to get parts in
