Amazing Quality; Friendly Service; FAST Delivery – I've shopped with Suzy Spoon's for years; first at their previous store in Newtown, then the Vegan and Carriageworks markets, and more recently at their new charcuterie in Newtown. However, due to the pandemic I decided to try ordering online. I assumed online hadn't previously been a focus for Suzy Spoon's, so I was prepared for delays or errors as they found their feet in these challenging times. HOWEVER, it was a mistake to underestimate them.

I ordered online at 3.30pm on April 15, and my order arrived at 8am the following morning. The delivery packaging was top-quality and a professional, with environmentally-friendly elements. The food was FRESH (not frozen), has good shelf-life and tastes GREAT. They also have Gluten-Free items, which my coeliac partner loves.

I didn't need to reach out about this order, however I have contacted them via Instagram in the past and they've been very responsive and helpful.
