Not happy at all, they can’t supply a guarantee that your order will arrive, and they say that only within 48 hours of your delivery can you receive a refund…so basically if your order doesn’t arrive at all their is no refund on the package. Would not recommend anyone EVER use this business for poor ability to run and operate a business. If you can’t guarantee your business is able to get our product from A-B you should be giving a 100% refund. The fact that they only state if you can dispute your order within 48 hours upon delivery takes away all accountability in the circumstance that the parcel/order arrives at all. So basically what they are saying is if you don’t receive your order you can not contact us or dispute the matter and apply for a refund because your order didn’t arrive and you can not dispute it u less your order arrives. Do not bother with these frauds

Ordered Monday. No shipping confirmation by Wednesday. Emailed — no reply. Tried again Thursday — silence. Only after sending a Facebook message did I get a response, and that came in the form of a *passive-aggressive phone call*. No update, no apology — just attitude. This isn't how you treat paying customers. I wasn’t chasing freebies. I wasn’t being rude. I just wanted to know where my order was.
If you can’t handle basic communication or order fulfillment, don’t pretend to be a functioning business. Cute branding doesn’t cover lazy service.
I came here for lollies. What I got was ignored, patronized, and left waiting.
One star. Try acting like a business next time.
