by the instructions to take them immediately after a meal. I went to bed and suffered terrible stomach cramps throughout the night. I had woken up in the morning with cramps still persistent, severe diarrhoea and bloating. I proceeded with my morning and ended up going to work just when I started experienced dizziness and fatigue about 3 hours into my shift and I had to leave my job immediately. When I got home I vomited profusely and it was just bile fluid. Absolutely horrendous, just green bodily fluid. It has been 2 days and I am still in bed recovering and unable to go on about my day.

I cannot comprehend the fact that this product is still on the shelves when majority of people have had similar side effects.

Perfect – It shouldn't be taken over an empty stomach, the least take it with a cup of milk because it can cause nausea or so (just like some antibiotics do if taken without food) and also that side effect disappears over time (first week or so) and you can greatly minimize them through eating before taking the vitamin. a level where my hair started to fall so bad and became so thin even my front hairs started to back off and I have been using it for 2 months now my hair grew SUPER LONG (might make the body hair grow faster as well). My eyebrows had empty spots as well and now they're heavier and darker and thick (which I love) and my skin is so smooth (i used to have oily skin, now it's less and less blackheads) and of course the nails, what I like about it concerning the nails is that it fixes from the roots (unline Biotin 10,000 mcg which i also used before I started this one). within 2-3 days, my hair instantly stopped falling out! As i type this, i'm finding it hard to believe myself because it's only been about 10 days now since i've been using the swisse tablets.

I use to vacuum my room every 2-4 days because my room would be covered in hair. Its been a week now without vacuuming and i barely have any hair on the floor. Definitely give it a try if you are currently suffering hair loss. May not work for everyone, but worth a try.

My nails and skin were healthy prior to taking the tables, so can't comment anything.

I don't like it and zero stars – I was ussing this sine may and it's almost 2 months. I have severe kind of pimples on face and back and sides of head. When i stopped using it then i feel better. I don't know why these medicines works totally opposite. I never recommend these tablets. I spent over 300 dollars for my treatment which is 10 times that of its price.

I read the reviews on here, and saw that so many people were feeling the same with upset stomach and nausea.

Worse product Swiss hair skin and nails – I started taking these tablets to improve on my hair and nails. I started to realise recently that every time I would take these tablets I would feel so sick. I would get bad heaches and feel like I wanna throw up. My whole body started aching. pains, headaches, nausea and I felt so bloated. At first I thought I had food poisoning, then I thought it was the vaccine’s side effects or a potential pregnancy..! Until I woke up two days later completely fine, and took a tablet before eating anything, and that’s when I understood. It only took a few minutes before I started feeling very sick and get those symptoms again. I was holding on so hard not to throw up, I have never experienced such stomach pains before, it was so strong that I couldn’t even stand up. I understand that some supplements require to eat just before because they can be a bit strong on your stomach, but when I first felt sick I had taken them after having food and I didn’t expect it to be that violent. or not at all- very inconsistent so was originally hard to pin point. No diet changes except this tablet. Even had blood tests and other tests done to find out what was wrong.

After reading these reviews and seeing so many other people have had the same problem have stopped taking them and already feel relief after two days.
