Switch Boss

Very happy – Have just purchased a Five pin rocker switch it was picked up by courier the next day it arrived 4 days later over Christmas happy with price delivery/ tracking was free.Happy with Communication and sent wiring diagram. I will definitely keep this company in mind. Thank you.

Bad delivery times – I would give zero if I could Disgusting service with delivery times no where near what they claim. When you contact them, by email you get some rhetoric about Aust post is very busy. Been waiting 2 weeks and no goods.

Poor customer service – Very poor customer service. I purchased a universal window rocker switch plus mounting plate but the plate is not the correct size. Their "Customer Service" group neatly dodges responsibility and refers me to the Returns policy including restocking fees. Why deal with a supplier that thumbs their nose at customers? There are better alternatives out there...

Disappointed with bad service – Switch Boss are plain bad with customer service and their delivery contractors. same delivery contractor. The usb pass through and RJ45 didn’t have the right dimensions for the cut outs only the face dimensions on the website. . I believed by their emails it would be correct as I quoted the cut out dimensions needed. I ended having to re engineer the RJ45 so it would fit into my switch panel instead of just clipping in. The USB pass through was wrong apart from the size it was just a power port again after many emails confirming it would be right for power and data it was still wrong. Switch Boss now want me to pay for the return and a restocking fee and want me to purchase another USB port which supposedly is the right one. I don’t think so. Just plain bad bad bad in the customer service area.

Disappointed – Ordered 3 specialist switches for my car expecting to be able to install them over the Xmas/ New Year’s break. Unfortunately Switch Boss uses Parcel Freight Logistics who are quite possibly Australia’s most unreliable and unaccountable delivery company. change of name hasn’t changed their service and unfortunately for Switch Boss this will reflect on their service and my customer experience. The switches looked of exceptional quality and why I chose the company to provide them. I think it’s unfortunate a company’s reputation can be compromised by the partners they select to deliver. I will be looking for a refund as I never received the goods , I just hope that process will be a better experience than the one I’ve had with their courier. Update - the switches I finally received have been installed for awhile now and have worked faultlessly so the product is great . Switch Boss worked to solve the issue and anything I order will be despatched through AP who are the more responsible courier and post service. PFL seem to be operating as poorly as ever
