Definitely helps with getting your sweat on! If you don't sweat after having this, you're not working hard enough! Great flavours (my favourite is the strawberry) - and keeps me 'alive' for hours afterwards! I often have this in place of a coffee, even if it's a rest day - great pick-me-up!
