DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! They will steal your money! I ordered a sample and they never sent it then I was completely ghosted. They refused to refund and now I’m taking legal action. Ignore his excuses in the reply just look at the other comments saying the same thing! He has done this to many customers. His name is Gareth Broadhurst. Disgusting business to deal with.

Disgusted – Never ever use this company. Garreth the owner is a outright thief, he came to my house quoted me for the work and constantly called me for my deposit and once he received it we never saw him again. Garreth has to date moved from his Borec Road address so I asked for my deposit back and the last message I received from Garreth - no refund and that he was filing bankruptcy.

Blatantly Ripped Off Do not deal with this business – If i could give zero stars I would We had Gareth come and measure and quote our job on the 21st August 2024. was the problem , followed by bouts of covid , then depression . All attempts to call him went directly to his voice mail only to be occasionally replied by text messages stating that he would call soon.....but never did I finally cancelled the job and asked for a refund , only to be told that he does not have our money any more I then paid him a visit personally ,he said that he would work things through and that he wanted to get my job done , that he would call me within the week.....that was now 3 weeks ago I strongly suggest to everyone not to deal with this man , we are approaching retirement and I saved hard to get this job done to try and make things a little easier . We have been taken for $8,100 , nothing done , just a quotation that is it Never in my life have I dealt with someone like this , or been treated with such contempt. His total disregard of his customers and lack of basic human decency and integrity should be a warning of anyone out there considering doing business with him So here we are 9th November , absolutely nothing done , and never to be seen again We are now commencing legal action .

don't believe any negative reviews at all, not this company. Get these guys out to do your lawn, Gareth took the time to explain things to me and my wife, made it really easy for us to understand, having other contractors and companys out to quote, they knew nothing about the grass itself, strangly enough, with Gareth and his guys, we only had to wait 3 days for the quote however he had our place installed within 7 days of going ahead. Disappointed as work has not been finished despite payment made – We first employed [Name Removed] from Sydney Synthetic Lawns for landscaping services in February of this year. The job involved laying pavers, synthetic grass, and additional landscaping, with a total cost quoted at $5500. To date, we have paid $5100—93% of the total. March 4th, and $800 on March 19th.

Initially, [Name Removed] began the work, but soon after, the excuses started. We had to constantly call and message him, often waiting days or even weeks for a response. His excuses ranged from the weather being too hot to personal issues, such as expenses for a funeral, needing money for his children's lunches, no petrol, being out of town, having a staph infection, and other family emergencies.

About six weeks ago, we posted a similar review. [Name Removed] quickly contacted us, despite having ignored our calls and messages for over a week. He promised to show up the next day if we removed our review, but once again, he failed to show up. [Name Removed] continues to ignore our calls and has not returned to complete the work.

We will be pursuing legal action against [Name Removed] for not completing the work or providing the materials we paid for. We strongly advise against employing him for any work. Instead, look for a reputable company that values honesty and reliability, not one that takes your money and avoids responsibility.

Unfinished work after being paid – Quoted a job, constantly demanded more money and left us with a hole a in the ground after already being paid $16,000. Do not use this company.
