call. I called again a few days after that and she happened to pick up the phone. Told me she will check her emails and I confirmed my email and still no quote. What a joke and big waste of my time.

Great help and service for interstate customer – Initial service was prompt and professional. Ordered a toilet suite. The courier I organised damaged the goods in transit. Contacted Sydney Taps who sorted out a replacement in a hurry. Top effort and greatly appreciated.

shops but not here Ranya had samples , catalogues and a endless amount of information and understanding :) . She went out of her way to help us , never over promised on availability and kept us up to speed whilst the extensive order came to fruition and we didnt even have to ask if she could help us on the price .......she automatically sharpened her pencil up and as we bought everything from Sydney Taps she looked after us on the price as much as she could . We had a great experience there and cant wait to get closer to starting our bathroom renovation and we will probably go back to them for the tiles once we are closer . 10/10 Sydney taps thx very much Murray & Di :)

Perfect vessel sink – Looking for the perfect vessel sink for my bathroom vanity that I’m designing was difficult. Sydney taps sourced exactly what I wanted within a few days. Their service and knowledge of their products was outstanding giving me such an amazing insight that was honest and very much customer focused. I would recommend Sydney taps for anyone considering a bathroom Reno no matter how big or small it’s all there for you!!!

Great design help, best line, best price, Delivered earlier than quoted – Found products on their eBay store, drove from Newcastle to check quality. Good range products, slow in store service, only 2 staff but could take catalogues & quote home. Order placed by phone next day. Good prices, delivered earlier than expected at a time to suit. Definitely use Sydney Taps again for family bathroom renovations next year

requested a refund was told they dont do refunds or exchanges on "special orders"......no item was a special order. If you want a stressfree experience dont buy from Sydney Taps.

Terrible service – Can't get anyone on the phone and the voicemail inbox is full. Keep calling and you might get through only to be told send them an email...which they never respond to.

Promised a refund and then wouldn't give one – Bought a waste plug from them. They assured me it would work despite the fact that my plumber over the phone said it wouldn't . they said they would give me a refund if it didn't work. When the plumber tried it did not work and when I returned to the store they refused to give me a refund. Don't buy from them

Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere! – Purchased an item from this business through Ebay, paid in full. Waited over 3weeks with no item. Phoned Sydney Taps regarding the whereabouts of my item, they blamed Fastway Couriers. I followed up with Fastway and they informed me Sydney Taps have not sent any parcels. company is fraught with issues and show poor sales ethics. My only saving grace was paying for my item through Paypal, was able to report the transaction and receive my money back.

Please be careful when purchasing from this business, I wouldn't risk your hard earned money.
