Just left T-Crooks after being asked to leave the store by the owner. My last visit was also a disaster, was disgusted in the low quality fresh food. Sometime ago I looked at their buckets of fresh produce and quickly learned that is was not fit for pigs to eat. Glutten for punishment I visited them this morning as I was in the centre and nothing had changed in the quality. Noticed the owner hovering around so I emptied one of the buckets and selected some fruit {oranges} that would be good for juice. He stood right beside me and I did not turn or make eye contact, let him speak first and I was told in no uncertain that I wasn't allowed to do that {empty the buckets}. Replied that I didn't want the poor quality fruit hidden at the bottom of the bucket. Apples have worms in the bottom and you need to beware of that. Another verbal attack on me and just ignored him, won't lower my intelligence with arguing with a moron. He then grabbed the bucket and asked me to leave "HIS" store. How's that for a so called family business person. An intelligent person would of said that "" We prefer that you don't pick your own fruit"" or ""sorry that you think that way about the quality"" By his actions he has proven that he is a despicable crook and sells low quality produce at a high price. Asked his name and just ignored me. How's that for a so called business owner. You decide if you should ever go to this store, I'll do my shopping elsewhere. Would like to give a zero star. They are admitting to selling low quality by warning people, don't look in the buckets and remove the garbage hidden in the bottom.

Very disappointed – We have been customers for a lot of years. I travel from Woody PT to Aspley every fortnight. We are on a pension income. TBone market sells most of the fruit & vegetables in bucket lots & most of it it is a lot cheaper & affordable. The quality is not the best & I think it is a lot older than the expensive items. We do not mind it as we can afford to buy it, occasion we find one or two bad ones in the bottom of the bucket. A week ago, I went & bought fruit & vegetable, during lunch time we sliced open avocado & it was black flesh. We try the rest of what I bought & their where all the same. I rang the store & spoke with [Name Removed], I told her that all the avocado are bad & she told me to bring the receipt to the store & refund. The next morning we could smell something bad in the pantry & it was bad potatoes & water melon. I did not ring the store back as I thought it will be ok when I go back to shop again I will tell her. At the store I approached the manager & explained about the bad items for a refund. She declined & said that I did not inform the store about it & if every customer tell the same, in other words she did not believe me. II told her that I am an old customer that I have shopped in this store for years. She still decline & I told her that I will not shop at this ever again Very bad attitdue.
