Vin is an asset to Tangerine. He went above and beyond to ensure i was happy. He is very knowledgeable on all products so you can be sure you will receive the best results. Tangerine is lucky to have vin on their team. I wish i could call tangerine and ask to speak to him directly next time i have a query. Completely satisfied !
Disconnented service but still charged 2 months later – After the initial set up where they were prompt to resolve issues with invoice (wrong amount) I tried to cancel in Nov 2024 and was told I could not detect a service because the cycle for me starts on 5th of the month so I had to RING IN before 4 Jan 2025 to cancel but had to continue to pay usual fee on 20th Dec. So I did and now just found a charge on my card for 2 mths worth - January and February even though I have now thrown out the SIM card and am using another provider. These cowboy Telecom companies - once they have your card details DO NOT allow you to delete those details. I did not have that problem with Vodafone. So Tangerine is a cowboy retailer owned by Richard Branson's son.

Just a sour grape service from a bitter-sweet Tangerine – The service worked for several days with constant drop-outs. The company apologised for the mishaps with some excuses as they use Telstra for their services. However, the unfair point was that I got an invoice for double of the amount I agreed to and was charged for a service that was not performed to standard. I also got a phone call from the company from a person that was incapable to speak an understandable English and the background-office noise was so loud that I could not understand a word. What is this for a miserable company? Be carful with whom you sign up with your broadband. The case ended up at the Telecomunications Industry Ombudsman.

Great cheep option to get you over the line – I'm so glad they offer this product. The service staff are very helpful, patient and courteous. The portal needs some work: The verification code page is stuck at the point of entering and won't process a code when you try to update info, and I can't see a payment history anywhere. 2FA /MFA could be much better and offer the option for an authenticator app and / or security keys. But I love this entry product. It has enough data to get you through and the 5G speeds are good. For now I'm sticking with Tangerine. 4 Stars. 1 star lost for the portal :-)
