Quite possibly, the worst licorice all sorts I have ever eaten. Purchased for Father’s Day opened today, dry, stale and as hard as rocks. Never again. Show details

Hard, terrible taste, Licorice Allsorts – Bought from Reject Shop. Love licorice allsorts. These were dry, tasteless and absolutely terrible. Looked and tasted nothing like the picture on the packet. Ended up in the bin. Show details

Maybe the worst candy ive ever had – Can this really be called licorice allsorts? Or even just licorice? I thought 'oh an English fancy brand ill try it must be good' or atleast better than the supermarket off brand but it's so bad- even the icing is bad and i dont think the icing is hard to do but the licorice is just malt flavoured gelatine. I dont think it should be called licorice allsorts to be honest cause its just not. It should be called malt gelatine disappointments. Show details

Not as advertised! – Upon opening several bags of these allsorts you do not get every variety and definitely not what’s on the packaging. In 3 packs opened, zero black liquorice, no 2-layer squares, poor flavour except the coated round ones (pink or blue). Overall, sub-standard. And I also bought a bag of their jelly babies.. the only offerings inside were a brown colour and an orange-like colour. No green, yellow, red or black ones! Show details

Awful!! – Used to have these as kids so I bought a box when I saw them in Aldi. So disgusting. They are nothing like they used to be. They are the worst sweets ever! Going in the rubbish bin. Never buying again.

Possibly the Worst Liquorice Allsorts I have ever eaten – Compared to even generic supermarket brands these are without compare in the truly awful stakes. The fondent is dry and flavourless, the liquorice has no liquorice taste, more like molasses...quite off putting. The sprinkles coated jelly liquorice is tough and unpleasant to eat. The interesting end noteis, that as a child growing up in the UK, I… Read more

never heard of Taveners, it was always Bassetts. Most references to Taveners seem to be from non UK distributions in the "British Sweets" shops around the world.

It Is My First Try – I see this interesting snack in LeMar and I brought it up to the cashier. Cashier said that I won't be regret, but its cost was upper than other snacks and I didn't bought it. Yesterday I saw it again in another market (Kaş Market) and its cost was fewer. I bought and tried it with my friends, the disappointment is nobody like it and tried to… Read more

taste it again except me because I couldn't accept to unlike which I hope has very good taste. I didn't like it and I didn't like it again.

Today in the morning, it is weird to say but I feel like I must eat it for its good taste, and when you began to like it, the various things are getting sense for you. It is like a cigaratte you tried one time, and made me eating like a normal snack now. But the bad side of it, it has got very increased sugar that makes you need it. I don't know what to say so at least I gave three stars oops.

Taverners liquorice allsorts – I love liquorice allsorts. This was the first time I had tried the Taverners brand. I tried 3 of these sweets. They were tasteless, dry and hard; truly awful. So disappointed. Show details

not as shown on the box WHY? – Every years we buy these Taveners Liquorice allsorts 400g at Christmas time. As the box shows a good assortment of liquorice incluing the pink and blue 100's and 1000's coated options. So I bought two boxes this year 2020 for the last time, the package shows the selection but once you open the packet the assortment inside is not the items… Read more

selection shown on the box. At first i thought it may have just been one pack but, no both were missing items pictured on the box.

The pink and blue 100's and 1000's were not included in both boxes , one of the main reasons I buy them.

The overall quality of the other pieces has also gone down hill , the taste is there but presentation 0 out of 10.

Any way if you had your favorite pieces like me , just want t let you know of my purchase/disappointment.
