Tax Refund On Spot

Scammer's. I used them a once in Blacktown a few year's ago. I went to the office and something felt off. Got some money on the spot,then took a couple of week's to get the rest. Now I'm not accusing them,but it seems funny that somebody redone my tax for that year and claimed just over $12,000. So every year now,I have to wait longer to get a refund and they've got the hide to cotinuosly send me text's. Never use them.

them my TFN so I don't know how they got all my information. She made out that the Tax Dept would fine me if I didn't do it that day. She was very forcefully. I kept asking how much they charge but she kept changing the subject. I am a pensioner and really worried how much they are going to charge. I must have asked her at least 10 times to phone me on a normal phone. I would definately NOT use this Company. I believe they are a SCAM so please do not use them or even read their reviews as they can somehow get all your details without giving them the information. PLEASE DON'T EVEN GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEIR WEBSITE.

personal details on my ATO account without my knowledge even after I changed my details back they still took it upon themselves to change them again to the point I had to ring the ATO multiple times to lodge a complaint.

My advice is do not bother wasting your time with Tax refund on the spot, they suck you in take what they want and they think they can take over your account and do what they want.

I love the service this firm provides. Very convenient and easy to follow instructions in their website . Always helpful when I call to ask questions I dont understand. Thank you to everyone in this firm

For the past few years I've been using Tax Return On Spot. Their service was quick and excellent. But for the last two years I have noticed a decline in their services. This I understand is because they are under new management. Now their service is appalling and I will never require their services again. I have now found a much better tax agent who is much efficient.

professional and they even appeared to be registered as a tax agent with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). However, before making any payment, I decided to verify the information directly with the ATO.

After contacting the ATO, they confirmed that I had not been audited at all and that no such request had been made. This clearly indicated that the call and payment request were misleading and potentially a scam.

I have now filed a formal complaint with the ATO regarding this matter.

I’m sharing this experience to warn others: always verify any tax-related claims directly with the ATO before making any payments, even if the company appears legitimate online.

Horrible – Overcharge. You don't receive money in a hour lol the service is terrible please find someone else to use.

SCAM SCAM SCAM – Disgusting. No phone numbers are connected and using the website was the most dodgy experience I’ve had. They text you from many different mobile numbers and none of the contact information provided in them work. To be honest, for a scam this is even low - I would rate the scam at 1 out of 10.

Terrible experience – Took nearly $500 to do tax.. not impressed avoid. They are hungry for your money!

BIGGEST TAX SCAMMERS – NEVER USE THESE GUYS over $600 in fees they double charge you for all checks on your tax from 1 employer.

Horrible – Literally got scammed 2021 I had. $1970 return they tried to say I only get $670 I got onto the ato before they released the funds they sent it to me and then they got a legal team together to make me sign a form to not file a report Fast forward to 2024 and they just lodged with out consent and have blocked my number and won’t reply to any messages so it’s happening all over again please don’t go near this company

Scam! – Absolute scam! Don't give them your details they will spam you and they offered me 1/4 of what my tax return was worth

Constant Harrassment – used them years ago. every tax time they bombard me with calls texts and emails even after being asked to take me off the contact list. Absolute harassment.

Charges way too high and doesn’t deliver service as promised – Do not use this company. They are dishonest. There are many tax agents that offers honest and better service
