Communication needs to be improved. Just hard to contact. Used to be good but comms have gone bad

Very poor service. They don't like returning calls. It has been over eight months this time around of continuous calls to them with no replies in the last five months. Similar to last year when it took over 6 months to complete my very simple tax return. I will not be going back to them again and will find someone else.

Don't waste your time. For convenience I stuck with Tax Solutions for years only to have to chase them every single time to make sure everything was lodged. They refuse to answer calls and emails. Plus they've raised their prices every year. Save yourself the time and don't make my mistake!

Used Tax Solutions Brisbane for about 5 years after they bought the business from the accounting firm I was a client of. Each year major errors were made on my tax return. my tax return. No one ever returned my emails or telephone messages. Found out the the accountant had left. They had closed the office and used a telephone messaging service. Finally tracked them to another office and provided all data again and guess what it had many errors and stated that I owed thousands of dollars to the ATO. Finally got the tax return corrected and processed on a just-in-time basis. I had many sleepless nights over the whole process and how I was treated. Everyone stay clear of this mob.

Don't waste your time – Very poor communication. The do the tax appraisal and tell you they will call back. Six weeks later and three phone calls asking what is going on, still no reply. Do not waste your time with them. The tax agent I was dealing with was Greg.

Customer not treated with respect!! – Very poor communication and service. It was a phone appointment for my daughter who as a young person has not submitted tax return for a few years. Dimitri, took details from my daughter, and said he would contact her via email soon, before he submits the returns. despite my daughter's repeated request. Therefore, my daughter's tax returns were not submitted. This is quite unacceptable if you are running an online business! I will not recommend Tax Solutions Brisbane, particularly Dimitri, who 'ghosted' his customer.

Very poor communication – I engaged Dmitry Gibkin as my tax accountant. But he did not even bother to answer my emails. This was also experienced by my wife who also engaged him as tax accountant. This demonstrates very poor service and a lack of regard for clients. For sure, I will NOT be using him or Tax Solutions Brisbane again.

Would not use them again – We have used these people for a number of years but they now demonstrate a disrespectful ambivalence when questioned about a lack of communication and service. This was underlined by their attitude when told that we would no longer be engaging the business. They clearly don't need my business and I would suggest you seriously consider giving them your.

Rubbish, incompetent – I had used this service for five years unfortunately will never use again. After doing my tax return and paid seven days later it still had no lodgement , even after five phone calls I had to still chase up my return, Dimitry hopeless. It shouldn’t even be one star should be negative.

Helpful Tax Accountants in Brisbane – Extremely helpful, polite and informative. Explained everything fully. Was able to provide assistance in preparation of multiple late tax returns. The accountant could not have been more polite, informative or easier to understand.
