I would recommend Talex, we had a problem with our sceptic system and Bernee came to us and quickly resolved the issue, he was very professional and incredibly knowledgeable , we couldn't have had any better service....thank you Bernee

Not Happy Poor Service – NOT HAPPY Too many new staff are not trained and do not know what they are doing. When they damage the system, they expect you to pay extra to rectify their mistakes. Their admin is not interested in professional service just the money.
Terrible treatment from [Name Removed]/Taylex – I have been a loyal customer of taylex since i bought the 20 person system off them in approx 2010. Some time ago i paid electrician to install a power point on MY wiring that connect to MY sewerage system. My system (they said) recently needed an upgrade. noticed MY power point was missing. I phoned to ask they put this back, was told NO. I then had electrician from Vinnies install it. I sent Taylex bill only for the parts $77 and took it off the last service before i paid it. Since then [Name Removed] will not stop sending me this invoice for the $77. I have asked her if they treat ALL loyal customers like [Content Removed]? Now after reading the reviews, I see they do treal ALL customers the way they have treated me. They are now BANNED from coming on MY PROPERTY. Dont even think about using!!
Very Poor Administration – I had a Taylex on site sewerage system since 2016. For the first couple of years the service was great. In the last couple of years, the service from head office has declined. Initially, after every service, I was provided with a report, confirming that the service had been done. reports, as I had not received any. They responded by adding all the reports into one pdf document, making it difficult to process. Notifications of service dates, via text, were infrequent. Annual invoices were dated incorrectly and when trying to sort it out with customer service, many emails were sent before a response was gained, by using the 'phone. Of course I was treated badly. The worst customer service I have encountered. I feel sorry for the people that work hard, doing a great job servicing the systems.
