out like a sore thumb! They have that family "help you out" vibe. I chose them and they gave me heaps of tips for packing and what to do in stages, which was wonderful as I had not moved interstate to this scale before so the guidance was very welcome!

On the day of the move they kept me up to date with where the truck was as they provided a window of time they would be at my house. When the guys arrived they had a look at everything, worked out a game plan and started taking all the stuff to the truck. They (politely) refused to let me help move stuff and were so friendly. They were just as helpful, placing things in the right room in the new house and not making me feel as if that was too much to ask, as they offered to put things where they needed to go!

For my first interstate move, they made it feel easy! I don't know if its always to easy and stress free when it gets to the big moving day, but either way I would recommend them tenfold!

Really happy with the service – I had Taylors company move me this week and I was very impressed with how quickly they did the move and everything was delivered in perfect order - would thoroughly recommend this company. I had a fairly big move and thought it would take around 8 hours like it did last time (with another company) but in fact was a couple of hours less. I have no complaints at all with the service. excellent removalists – I moved with Taylor Made Relocations from my family home at the start of the year, and they did a great job! I couldn't fault them! reception staff was helpful and friendly and the removalists worked efficiently until the job was completed. They arrived on time, took great care of my belongings and were friendly and hard working the whole time. Definitely worth the 5 star review! I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Negligence – I moved from Sydney to the north coast and used Taylor Made Removalist. They turned up after 11:30pm and I had to help load as the guy had a peg leg. up on time and were the most courteous and polite we have ever had and we have moved 8 times in the last 12 years. At our destination the removalists were there on time. We had no breakages - we had a packer from Storage King who was supplied through Taylormade Removals. I would not hesitate to use Taylormade again.

load requirements. The removal staff were really helpful and professional. I do have a direct comparison as I also used 'Two Men and a Truck' for a local move to a storage facility in Brisbane at the same time and wow what cowboys they turned out to be!!! I understand that two men and a truck are done by different operators in different areas so this is not a reflection on all those who operate under that banner, but the guys who go under the name Two Men and Truck or 'riverside removals' in Brisbane turned up in Europecar rent a truck and I knew this wasn't going to be a good experience. The two young Irish lads just didn't have a clue and as they were paid by the hour, clearly they were going to string this very simple move into a major event to clock up the hours. In comparison the guys from Taylor Made just got stuck in and were in and out efficiently and did a great job. I would definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend their services.

EXTREMELY POOR – 2nd time dealing with them for a Sydney to Brisbane move. First time, delayed a couple of days for pick up due to " turbo blow" but when they turned up the were complaining they had been stuck packing a house up.. pick up my items yesterday and didn't. Did not receive any calls or messages to say what was happening and in turn wasted my parents day waiting around for them. I specifically told them between Sunday afternoon to Tuesday the absolute latest for pick up so I did give a decent time frame to which I was told that they could make it Tuesday.

Very unprofessional service, extreme lack of communication as I tried calling numerous times in office and to the mobile with no answer or attempt to return call.

I have been stuffed around and no left to start over finding a removalist. If i could give no stars I would!!!

Don't bother – Great price. If you can handle incompetence, poor quality workmanship, broken property and unapproachable staff these guys are the ones for you. We had some property damaged whilst moving, were told by removal crew they would sort it out. Office staff claim crew know nothing, I'm left with costs now Great to deal with before job Not very nice after job

Terrible experience with Taylor Made – Booked with Taylor Made for our trip from Brisbane to Sydney. Was told they would pick up midday Thursday and have it in Sydney by midday Friday. Saturday. My partner was flying out for business on Saturday- so we spent almost $1000 on a hotel room for the night, clothing for me and business attire for him, food etc.

I was promised furniture would arrive late Saturday afternoon and there would be no reason to book another night at the hotel. Every few hours it got pushed back by delays. My partner was on the phone to them all night (when we could get hold of someone) while I ended up spending the night on the floor in our apartment with nothing but a pillow and a towel as a blanket. The delivery guys were very apologetic however, [name removed] did not care one bit. Instead, when he was told I was sleeping on the floor, he complained how he was losing money on the trip, but, in his words, gave us a "token gesture" of $100 off. Furniture finally arrived at 9 on Sunday, a couple of things broken, boxes wet, they took a inch sized chip out of the wall.

You're better off spending more money upfront with a more reputable company than going through three days of stress, anger and unexpected costs with these cowboys who don't know anything about customer service or satisfaction. The pick up was fast and efficient. Truck broke down, took 48hrs longer than expected, unexpected costs due to have no clothes, food etc, was made false promises and so spent the night sleeping on the floor in our empty apartment, bad customer service, unreliable, damage to goods and the new apartment.
