Good TV in terms of most things but slooooooow!!! – It’s a good value for money product but it’s slow and takes a long while to turn on and takes time even to jump from apps like YouTube to Netflix.

Purchased in at Noel Leeming Physical store.

Just perfect for the living room – Great picture, easy functions, SMART, analogic, has everything to link with the internet. Best of times ahead. Needed a new TV and it was easy to purchase and never look back

Purchased in at The Good Guys Physical store for $513.

Glitchy, Glitchy, Glitchy – I bought a TCL 43P715 TV from JB Hi Fi in Brisbane in May 2021. Likes: The picture, the features, the price and the sound. All these things are great. Dislikes: The TV was glitchy from day one, "time shift" was something I needed, the shortcut never worked, it was a three or four press operation to get to it otherwise. The TV tried to launch Chromecast twice by it's self, putting up a blank screen and taking a while to get back to live TV. Google assistant didn't work most of the time so we turned it off, however it kept asking us to turn it back on. There were other small software problems too. To TCL's credit, technical support was good albeit a bit slow. They tried hard for the first few days with software updates and resets but nothing worked. The straw that broke the camels back was after a week of trying they gave me a pathetic fix, it was.... "try turning Time Shift on" it's been turned on from day one, and also, "let us know if you have any other problems." In fact Tech Support had checked this feature was activated early in the piece, so I was insulted but this request and felt they had given up on fixing my problems. After a week I'd had enough and took the TV back to JB HiFi and bought another brand. I read reviews on this television before I bought it, most were glowing so I may have been unlucky and got a lemon, never the less, TCL should have been more co-operative and offered a refund. I could never touch another TCL product again....scared for life.

Purchased in for $475.

Excellent TV for the price – Purchased this at Harvey Norman being the 43inch Android TV for $695.00. I had a tech set this up for me as it was my first smart tv. Everything is perfect about the TV and I saved around $300.00 by choosing the TCL. Apps a little tricky to get used too but because I have a google account , I downloaded a lot of the apps from my google play.
