Don't buy this. I got rid of my old machine as it was making a shocking noise during spin. This machine makes the same noise, but not all the time. Goes off balance very easily and doesn't stop itself. It has been across my laundry floor, dancing. Sometimes you can have the water level on the highest, at 8, depends on what mood the machine is in, sometimes 7 is the highest level. It's slow, it's noisy and is generally a piece of garbage. I have TCL tvs, no problem with them at all.

my partner and I purchased a TCL washing machine from Betta Electrical on the 18th of July 2024 for$478 dollars including delivery. After much contact to and Fro with emails regarding the hinges on both sides of the lid Have split and cracked and the soft closure of the lid not working. we contacted TCL regarding this and forwarded photos of lid and warranty information then they requested more information we' forwarded that as well. Our reply was that the hinges splitting were not covered in the warranty. just be aware of buying this product.

So after 9 months the pump has died. Everything told me this thing was rubbish. Avoid. Well we did get a replacement and a few months later this one has the exact same issues and wont drain. Worst product I have possibly ever had. Listen to it in the video. Stopped draining with water still in it and just makes a continuous really loud weird noise.
Total piece of crap. Crap crap CRAP. Lis shattered on closing it. Should have been made out of PLASTIC like EVERYTHING else in this god damnwd world.
TCL washer – 9 kg plenty of room to wash blankets and doona, they came out smelling fresh and clean. Purchased through Begents Ulverstone Tas. Perfect machine for a family. Silent machine worth the money. A+++
