Gym Bass Head Best Friend – First of all they are very cheap! They deliver huge bass and very powerful sound, but they can be a little bit to boomy, a good EQ can fix that. With the right tips on you get perfect seal so they have good passive isolation. They are so comfortable that you don't even notice them! And they got a plain good looking style so you wont be like a… Read more

clown in the gym...like many I've seen with those damn huge Beats on their heads. Huge Bass, Powerful Sound, Comfortable, Tight Seal, Plain and Nice Look, Very Cheap! :D Maybe a little to boomy, but you can easily fix that with good EQ!

Great sound – Just bought these to replace 2 other sets of in-ears I've previously owned - sennheisers (died after a few years of wonderful use) and altec lansing (uncomfortable). For $17 I thought they were worth a gamble and it has paid off so far! They are extremely comfortable and produce a sound that suits my taste. Bass is huge - bigger than any… Read more ·  1

other in-ear I've tried and highs are more on the subtle side and not harsh. The only thing is high-mid range frequencies are a bit suppressed when EQ'd flat. To get guitars and snare drums to punch out a bit a little EQ boost is needed. Personally, I think this is great because every other set of headphones requires an EQ cut for those frequencies.

The result is a big, fat, warmer sound which I can listen to for hours without fatiguing the ears.

Just a side note, these earphones are open back, but the spill is very minimal.

I just hope they last because they sound so good. $17 bucks - I can't believe it! Comfortable, sound great, huge bass

Excellent – This is an amazing set of headphones. They only have a 9mm driver yet they are able to produce more solid bass than a set with a 1.1 cm driver (No joke!). The passive noise reduction and extension cord are the icing on the cake; although the noise reduction sleeves could be easier to change. INCREDIBLE sound quality given the size! The passive noise reduction sleeves could be easier to put on and remove

Good quality, good price, terrible durability – 1 side lived for 3 weeks of medium usage. Boo. Anyway I was happy with the sound though during the 3 weeks i did have to use an equalizer to fix up the dull sound in the background. Meh, now one side is broken, so i listen with only one ear now like most people do... The phone does sound amazing with only one ear, I'm quite happy with that… Read more

too. The cable looks cheap and I expect it to be the next one to break.

I think it does come with 1 year warranty but i lost the receipt... oh well. $18 Cheap, good sound for one ear, small Broke in 3 weeks, bad durability.

Yeah, I've been through 3 sets in 6 months. Same problem. One side dies and then you're listening… Read more (+2 replies)

Good enough sound for the price – I paid $16 for these not expecting much out of them, but they more than adequaite for the task. If this is your first pair of in-ear head phones you will be very happy. They have lots of bass, the midrange is nice and clear with good high frequency reproduction, they don't sound cheap. If you have to compare them to something around $75-100 the… Read more

bass is not as deep, and it has that slight muffled sound, with the quality overall below this range. The choice of silicon sleeves is a trade off between more bass and less detail with the larger sleeves, and less bass and more detail with the smallest sleeves. The sleeves can be swapped with other brands of headphones such as Sony. You have to run these in for a few hours, since they sound bad straight you of the box. They do almost no sound isolation, since they have vent holes in the back, hence they leak sound! And i think the cable is on the cheaper side so it will eventualy become touchy. very good price, tinny size, sounds as good as some other models few times it's price poor sound isolation, poor cable

Excellent – A very high quality pair of in-ear headphones + surprisingly low cost = brilliant value for money. Even if they only last you 6 months, buying another pair wont hurt your pocket. The perfect headphones to use for all kinds of audio, on the spot or on the go. Great bass response with effective noise blockage, perfect for music on the bus or train.… Read more

Surprisingly good treble for in-ear headphones, and a nice sleek design. 3 sleeve sizes make it easy to find the perfect fit for the ear. Operational longevity of headphones ranges from 6-10 months (went through a few). Can ensure longer lifespan by using 1m extension cable - reduces stress on 3.5mm jack connection.

Good – excellent - real value for money - full sound with can be adjusted with device eq. the ear pads don't fall off easily and you get three variations great sound - plenty of omphh like most in earphones can get tired of the close ear fit

Bad – Even though I have been through 3 sets of these earphones. I still find these quite good, although not reliable. Weighed with the bad post purchase service from Imation, I would not recommend purchasing these headphones. Great earphones. Fit well and offer great bass. There are three sizes for the earphone to ensure a snug fit into your ear. The… Read more

sound is clear and there is minimal leakage of sound from outside when listening to your music. The left side of the earphone stopped working. I managed to get warranty for the product twice in the 12 months that the warranty is offered. each time the same problem happened. The third time it happened I was almost not wanting to claim again - but I did. It was the worst experience I had. Warranties are handled by Imation for all TDK products and a lady from marketing picked up instead of the usuakl warranty service call centre people. She said that she could not do anything for me and that they cannot offer a replacement without a receipt. I stupidly sent the original receipt the last time a claimed warranty. even though I could send her back correspondence from Imation themselves about my warranty information she still refused. She laughed after I explained all this and that was my final straw. I hung up. that was the only time I have ever experienced such bad post purchase service. I haven't bought an imation or TDK product since.

OK – I loved the sound before they broke but with the simple waranty and some nice people i always got a replacement :D i would recomend them to anyone who has enough time to send them in more than 3 times i had to 12 before my waranty ran out :( The sound, the small in ear fit and the non tangle cord (for my first pair :( ) They break it varies sometimes after a month or two sometimes after half a month but most recently TEN DAYS :@

Bad – Though it is quite cheap when compared to other headphones in its class, unfortunately, You get only what you pay for. Extremely Unreliable, It is likely to fail within a few weeks of being put to use.. So if you're looking for a good temporary headset while looking around for a good pair.. you might want to go for the TDK EB-300. Fit Quite Snugly, fair noise cancellation, reasonable quality Extremely Unreliable

Good – Great price, excellent product! Highly recommended! Will purchase this for xmas gifts for family and friends. It's amazing how it blocks out external noise and allows complete clarity when listening to music. Excellent fit inside the ear and soft feel. You hardly feel like you are wearing earphones.
