Fantastic Customer Service – The Tea set I purchased wasn’t in stock. Teas.com contacted me straight away, apologised for the short inconvenience and despatched my order with free upgraded postage as soon as it came in to their warehouse.

What a fantastic way to get started with the joys of delicious leaf tea! – I love the tea leaf starter pack - everything from sampling the most popular types of leaf tea, to the colouring in picture! What a great treat for myself and excellent value too. Delivery was fast and the service has been great as I've enjoyed TEAS tea before and particularly love their gratitude blend.

Very slow dispatching – Still waiting for my teas to arrive, after 6 days of placing my order, tea still hasn't been dispatched. Sent emails to find out when the items will be dispatched only to get stereo type replies: "You will receive an email notification with tracking details when your order has been shipped." The latest reply telling me that my order is scheduled to be dispatched on Monday 1/2/16 but 1 day later: zilch, nada, nothing. They were very quick to process my payment (same day) but dispatching the order takes awfully long. I'm in the process of opening a cafe/tea shop here in Brisbane and I'm testing different suppliers. I'll think twice to use Teas.com again. Very disappointed. There are other, good tea suppliers around here in Australia with a great range of teas and their dispatching/delivery is super fast.

Great Shop – I have been using this site for years now and I cant say a bad thing about it. I find there tea is always of high quality and there delivery is always quick. Love getting free samples with my orders each time. Service is also professional and they are always quick to answer any questions. Quick shipping, great quality, fair price.

Great range loose leaf tea specialit – I've buying my tea from teas.com.au for a year now since I have moved to rural Victoria. they are always quick with delivery. I missed good tea since returning from living in Taiwan for 3 years. They have got pretty good oolong and over all Asian tea range. they got me hooked on Assam with sweetened condensed milk and Cocoa Haven is to die for! fast delivery. always prompt in answering enquiries. so much tea, so little time!
