The oven heats up and runs for 20 minutes then shorts out - zero power. Can’t even switch on or off at power box. Then once it cools down power comes back on - whats the go here? Sick of the oven shitting itself after half cooking a meal…

I have the same issue, oven heats up, loses power after 20 mins and I have a half cooked meal. Power returns and I may get 10 mins then before it loses power again. I have written to Technika through their website and did not receive a response. Now I’ve had to pay an electrician and they are trying to contact Technika and also cannot make contact. It’s a few thousand dollars to replace, so where on earth is Technika Tech support or customer service… it would be nice to use the oven for Christmas but it’s been months just finding a way to communicate with Technika. Shocking product and service!

Did anyone find out what the issue was?
I got a appliance repair guy out and he replaced the cooling fan, he said that was the probable issue.
has anyone solved this as i have the same issue. this looking like is a common issue maybe technika should do a investigation all even recall this oven.
Is there a video or manual on how to put back the oven door. Got it out with great difficulty, Putting it back in is a nightmare. Appreciate an answer. Thanks

Has got Technika oven model number T948SS-2 as standard inclusion from my builder Champion homes. The problem is I can't close oven door and the door seal is broken too. I have got overheating cupboard & also the laminate is melting. It was installed less than 3 years ago. Technika can you please advise what are my choices now, tried to call Technika a day before left the voicemail message, but no response yet?
Other problem is with Technika cooktop model number H950SLTXPRO, the screws are coming out of the base panel.

Do I take back panel off to clean fan?
Sarah, not sure about this, I have cleaned every other area. Also please note I just had an agent come out and put new hinges in my door, found out oven actually has 3 year warranty. His service was just great, door appeals to seal now but I am yet to test if side cupboard will still get hot. Technika service was very good and made me feel like I was no trouble at all. I think I need to change my review for them. May be you could give them a call about cleaning the fan, a technician may talk you through it. Cheers Susan
