Hi Jeanie, thank you for reaching out to us. The E2 error is related to the water inlet. Most likely there is some kind of restriction or the height would need to be adjusted. Thanks

Hi My Technika dishwasher partially runs through its cycle, then it stops and beeps for 30 seconds and the glass symbol rapid flashes and the dishes only look partially cleaned
Hi Ryan, thank you for reaching out to us. There are two things you can check. Ensure that the tap is on and the there is nothing stopping the flow to the machine. Secondly if you have remaining water at the based to drain this away and start again as it could be an overflow. Thanks
Hi there my dishwasher has on off switch and when pressing that it comes off. After applying some blue tag on switch it hold it at place andstarts. But after a while it stopped working. Switch keeps coming out.
Hello, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described it may need to be replaced as it sounds like it has come loose. Thanks
I have tdx6=3 not cleaning dishes can't hear washer arms working ? Just splashing water Tablet is dissolved & sump still has water in it
Hi Debra - a couple of quick checks... with the unit empty, pull the upper basket outwards so that you can see the upper arm feed hole located in the back wall. The hole has a plastic round nut with a rubber seal. Check that the seal is intact - not torn or damaged. I have had to replace the nut and seal after finding that the rubber seal had completely disintegrated or was torn out. If damaged, it will prevent both spray arms from getting sufficient water to operate correctly and the water will simply run down the backwall. For water in the sump - this may be due to the strainer being partially clogged.
Thanks will try it
Hi Debra, Thank you for your question. I can see you already have an answer. If that does not work please let us know. Thanks
Replaced back nut with rubber seal Old nut had no rubber left No it cleans like new one thanks for your help
How do you reset? Display is stuck in heavy pot symbol and won't start
Hi Amy, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described it may be the child lock that has been activated. To unlock press the intensive program button and heavy program button at the same time.

Hi, the glass setting on our dishwasher is flashing quickly and the dishwasher is making a loud noise. We have gone through the trouble shooting, checked for kinks, cleaned filter etc and have also replaced the inlet valve. The dishwasher will work for a couple of cycles and the error happens again. Can you please help. Thank you.
Hi Mary, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described this alert points to an overflow within the machine, most likely there is some kind of blockage that is not allowing it to drain away properly. Thanks
Hi we had our dishwasher cut the power out and realised it was leaking we have drained it and we are still have the glass light flashing and bipping
Hello, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Could you advise which model you have? Thanks
I have a white Technika dishwasher purchased in 2006. I cannot find the serial number. The manual I have simply says TDX6. It has only had occasional use, but has been very reliable until this week. It has 7 programs , but the manual has no information on what each cycle does, and doesn’t even show the symbols nor what they stand for. We always run it on the eco cycle. This week it has been tripping the fuse box switch during or at the end of the drying cycle. My questions: 1. Who should I contact to trouble shoot and hopefully fix the problem? 2. In the meantime, what can I do to avoid the problem- is there a program which doesn’t include a heating/drying cycle? Thank you. Liz
Hi Liz - it sounds like you have an electrical fault most likely with the heating element being faulty or a damaged or degraded rubber seal. If the water is heating up during the wash cycle with no tripping of the fuse, then I'm inclined to think it is a damaged seal which is passing steam or condensate during the dry cycle allowing condensate to form on the electrical or electronic components. But the dishwasher would need to be diagnosed by an appliance technician. Try searching for an appliance repair service in your area. This is the certainly the best option given the fuse is blowing as intended for one's personal safety. The only cycle that excludes a drying stage is the Rapid cycle. Most TDX6 machines only have 6 cycles and the 7th button is usually the Start button. Hope this helps.
Thanks for that helpful information. Which cycle is the rapid cycle?
Is Technica operating instructions avilable? This for a TDX6 model
Hi Flynn, this is the latest one available: external link . If you have different model please let us know Thanks
We were given a TDX6SS-3 but the rapid light flashes and there's beeping. Indicating restricted water flow. We've checked water pressure, kinks, the filter etc. Could there be another issue?
Hi Col, Thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described you should also check the spigot, please see below: File: https://cdn.productreview.com.au/document/thread-message/955154db-570d-5ff2-a8b7-abb457f14914 Thanks
We are having same problem. Had to remove water by hand. Unable to change programming as stuck on intensive wash and beeping (which stops after about 30 secs) but flashing continues. Cannot access the https file given above. Is there another option ? Thanks Ronne
Hi Ronda, if the water flow is restricted it may be due to the water pressure so check the hoses and spigot: File: https://cdn.productreview.com.au/document/thread-message/955154db-570d-5ff2-a8b7-abb457f14914 Thanks
Hi there. I have an E5 error message that just won't go away. I've put some baking powder and vinegar in the dishwasher and run some hot water through it. It is draining fine, so there is no blockage. Can you please advise how I can resolve this? Thanks

Hi Anne, I'm sorry to hear if this, do you have an error that comes up? My dishwasher is not emtying and there is a large amount of water in it at the end of the cycle - where can I get help or can someone here advise
Hi Bill - you don't mention it but have you checked that the fine mesh filter located beneath the bottom spray arm is clean? To access the filter, simply turn the protruding plastic cylinder about a quarter turn anticlockwise and lift the course filter out. The fine mesh filter can then be lifted out, cleaned and replaced in reverse order.
Hi Bill, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described there may a blockage stopping the water from draining. Thanks
