Perfect addition to my dream kitchen – Purchased this 3 years ago after seeing this on display at the good guys. Sales person gave me a good pitch and i am very so happy with the cooker. top and bottom element is my favorite function as my food is cooked perfectly. Oven size is deceiving as its 60cm but the oven interior is big enough to fit my largest roasting dish.

All the extras of a big oven but smaller – Purchased this on eBay for our second kitchen. It maybe small but its not short on quality. I love the storage compartment and that it has extra features rather than the standard fan force and grill. My casseroles come out tender and juicy with out evaporating all the stock while keeping flavor.

Exploding Glass From Oven Door – Terrible and dangerous. Firstly just last week the door was coming loose and Customer Service had repaired this. The repair person guaranteed that the oven was safe to use. However, tonight was the first time since then that we were to use the oven. My partner was heating up the oven tonight which we've only just purchased from The Good Guys 4 months ago, only to have the oven door (Glass) EXPLODE. This product should be recalled. If anyone was standing next to this, they'd definitely bet cut from the shattering glass or even blinded by the flying glass shattering into a toddler's eye. My partner could have even had the glass explode in her face while bending forward & attending to the cooking. The exploding noise was so horrifying and loud enough to be heard down the driveway. I'm annoyed that we go without dinner tonight (was going to be Pizza) but furious that this oven is being sold. After reading all the comments tonight on these forum sights, I'm disgusted that TECHNIKA is still being sold. If only I read all these reviews before purchasing this oven from GOOD GUYS, I would have gone elsewhere. Now what? I'll be making a few calls first thing in the morning. Disgusted.
