Terrible – Terrible. Without a doubt the biggest lemon on the market. The first one arrived all scratched and dented, and was sent back. The second one never worked to its potential, slow to cook things, cheap parts. Worst of all, it blew up and the internal wiring caught fire 1 minute into defrosting some meat! After sales service? forget about it, they don't want to know you! Would never recommend this brand to anyone. It is attractive and looked nice in its s/s frame above the oven It does not work, it does not do what it is supposed to do. It is very slow compared to other cheaper models, it does not grill very well either. It blew up and the wiring caught fire when it was 2 years old.
