Teck-Solar installed my batteries within a week of paying the deposit. The staff were friendly and carried out a site inspection to confirm my requirements and site constraints before issuing a quote for the battery. The installers were professional, arrived on time, and completed the installation as scheduled. I would recommend Teck-Solar as a trusted company for solar battery installations.

Upgraded our current inverter from SG10RT 3phase to a SH10RT 3phase and added a SBR128 battery. The support I've had from Adam Hill (AKill) over the planning of this upgrade has been great and the electrician (Adrain) that did the actual cutover was very competent. Great result and workmanship...
Follow-up · New Sungrow SBR128 battery is performing very well and according to the iSolarCloud App we shouldn't be getting any more electricity bills. Attached is a GIF file showing a 24hr cycle of our Solar Setup in action.....

Teck solar, Not fit for purpose, totally ignore customer – My system doesn’t work properly after several months. I have tried to speak to them and it’s always the same old trying to ignore me and hope I go away. I am on medical support and need reliable electricity. Where I live the grid is a bit hit and miss so I spent 35k to protect against this. Well that was a waste. So if you want a poor job, to be ignored and look at a system that doesn’t work , hire tech solar or solar base . My next step is legal action. Fortunately my wife enjoys doing that and is quite good at it.
