Where I can buy Tefal fresh express?
I have bought mine from appliances on line but some of the stores like Harvey Norman etc probably sell them as well.
Hello. Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, the Tefal Fresh Express has been discontinued from both Australia and New Zealand. Some of our retailers may still have stock. Try Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Myer, David Jones, Big W, Betta Electrical. They may be able to assist.

I have a tefal fresh express grater (MB750G50) and it's been going fine until now. But the other night, the cord got stuck inside the unit and no matter what I did I couldn't get it out so I could plug it into the power point.
Is this something that others have experienced? I've done everything possible to pull the cord out, bar yanking it REALLY hard in case I break something inside the machine.
HELP!
Hi Lilly, I have never had that problem. Maybe if you email the company they can help you.
Hello. I have never had such an experience. Is it possible that the cable got tangled inside and the big clump can not go through the cable slid? Maybe peeking with a flashlight will give you an idea where the clump is. If the unit is still in its warantee you might want the technicians in the authorizes repair shop to take a look at it, otherwise any handyman with a screwdriver will be able to take it apart and untangle the cable?
Hi Lilly, It would seem that my laziness is paying off as I don't put the cord back into the unit. Sorry I am of no help !
Hi Lilly, Thank you for your enquiry regarding the Tefal Fresh Express. The cord getting stuck inside is quite unusual and not common. Please call our customer service team on 1300 307 824 who will be able to assist you in having this issue rectified.
Thank you

Remove the two torx screws on the back, and the front cover will come off. Then you can get your fingers in to release the cord from whichever internal plastic piece it is caught on. Reattach the front cover and put the screws back in.
What does the max do that the mini can't?
I don't understand the question.
Hi, I haven't actually used the mini but my understanding is that you can feed larger items into the Max and it has a more powerful motor.
How easy is this grater to use? I am considering one for my elderly mother. She has very limited use in one hand, will she be OK?
Save your money. the tefel fresh express is only express at jamming itself up and being completely useless. Even if you use the rotating blades by hand, theyre still bad.
It isn't easy to use unfortunately. I needed to use two hands with a lot of force downward for food to grate and my son helping hold down the on switch while i did this. A very disappointing machine. I used it 3 times each one a failure. I tried doing onions, carrots and cheese- all failed. within a week of buying it I had passed it on to a second hand store as I lost my receipt. my worst ever appliance purchase.
I probably wouldn't buy it for your mum as you need a moderate level of dexterity,I love the product but it does need to be tested to see which grating blade isthr right one for a certain vegetable etc. I would still recommend this product though
