A professional yogurt, cheese and dessert maker all in one! – This electronic yogurt, cheese and dessert maker is just fab!. I can literally create nearly anything I want with this machine. It comes with a recipe book to follow and illustrates step by step how to make different creations. The entire unit feels 'high end', the glass jars are very clean and sleek looking (I don't like cheap plastic). The draining baskets, for cheese and dips are one of a kind (I have yet to see any other brand with this feature). It has an automatic shut off, full digital interface, a little 'dip' underneath to fill with water to steam certain desserts. It really is 3 appliances in 1 small compact unit. It can also make Greek yogurt when the strainers are put in.

It has a long time setting of 6-16 hours. I do really adore this unit. I make yogurt at least every second day and various other creations in-between. I Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
