Temperzone SAT-3 - Pure trash – 70% of the time, it doesn't function. You follow the exact instructions from the user manual. It still doesn't work. The machine needs a lot of time to understand the buttons you press. Pure trash. Avoid.

Extremely complicated and uses a lot of electricity – Whoever designed this system is an idiot. Not user friendly, very difficult to use and a real pain to teach anyone else how to use. I am an IT qualified person and it took me ages to figure out how to use this POS system. Chucking it in the bin and installing anything else.

Worst product. Regular breakdowns – We got the Temperzone Airconditioning and this AC control unit is very complicated and does not have a simple timer to turn on or off as needed. Outdoor unit breaks down freequently. Would never buy this product ever again. Booked service during summer and the service centre takes 2-3 weeks to come and fix the aircon.
