Terrible – Great stuff to buy online for all ages but beware of not receiving ALL items on invoice and also poor communications. Lots of cool things and gift ideas for all ages particularly teens who are hard to buy for. Have made Chrissy present purchases and never received items. After numerous attempts to contact Tesora have not received item or any communications. So am resorting to leaving negative feedback.

Never purchase anything from this mob – 1) Order does not arrive. No emails no phone calls etc. 2) Unmanned Helpdesk - you leave a message, no one calls even when they claim "24 hours response". Claims open everyday! 3) Happy to get your money, but not refund you if they do not ship the item. 4) Bad customer service Bad service... items do not arrive.

Does this company even exist? – When you pay your money thats it,no correspondence is entered in to either by phone or e-mail.I am qiute surprised that this mob of turkeys isn't on the department of fair trading hit list.Do yourself a favor and steer well clear of Tesora the mob of money grabbing [censored word removed]! No communication, no product, empty wallet. The company is a con.

OK – Tesora is a pretty cool place to shop at but be sure to evaluate every item as to whether you really have long term use for it and also be sure to ask the store any questions you have about any item. There are a lot of interesting and fun trinkets and gadgets available. It's a nice place to look for something a bit exotic and unusual or gadgety. Most of the things for sale have little practical use, and many are quite overpriced. Also, the pictures of items are just stock images with no scale. I've purchased things and had them arrive to find they were absolutely minute when I envisioned them being larger.
