The best decaf teabags available – I used to be an avid drinker of strong espresso coffee and Lipton's "Intense" teabags, drinking on average 5-6 cups of one or other per day, till I discovered my blood pressure was unusually sensitive to the effects of caffeine. So for the last 18 months I have have mainly been drinking decaf coffee (Nespresso capsules, which are really good) and… Read more

various brands of decaf tea. My BP has now returned to normal levels without taking any medications, to the extent that I can now treat myself to an occasional cup of Twining's 'Russian Caravan' or 'Prince of Wales' without feeling guilty.

During this time I have found that there is a wide range of palatability among the usual small range of decaf teas available in supermarkets. The first ones I purchased, Liptons, were very unpleasant: they had a weird acrid taste with little tea flavour, and after a few cups I went in search of alternatives. The next ones I tried were Dilmah brand, and although their taste was more acceptable than Lipton's I found them really bland and insipid. Then I discovered Tetley's decaf bags, and could hardly believe how good they were, almost indistinguishable from ordinary tea. I now look forward to my morning and afternoon decaf cuppas, and thoroughly recommend this product. Great taste, reasonable price

Diuretic – I found this Tetley decaf tea has a distinctly diuretic effect. Dilmah decaf is much gentler on the system! The Dilmah one tastes good as well. The Dilmah decaf tea bags are a bit weak though - you need 2 for one good strong tasting cup of tea - worth the effort for the good taste. Fairly good taste Diuretic

Good – A great tasting decafinated tea, that tastes as good as ordinary tea, which is unusual. Perhaps a little pricey, but all decaf teabags are. I would recommend this product. great product, and the best tasting decaffinated tea I have tasted. Coming from England, I am quite a big tea drinker, and this is by far my favourite in Australia. It does not… Read more

keep me awake at night, if i drink in the evening. I have found that some of the bags split, but this hasn't happened recently, so perhaps they have made alterations to the product? They are often pricey, but I look for them on special and stock up!

Excellent – I like this tea because it comes in a large box. Most other decaf teas do not come in very large amounts and I run out too quickly. Everyone in our house drinks decaf tea and likes this one. I was told by an English friend that Tetley is what most British people drink, so you probably can't go wrong with this one :) It's not too strong if you… Read more ·  1

forget to take your teabag out either, which I do a lot because of running after my kids and forgetting. This is a great medium strength decaf tea, makes an excellent cuppa for any time of day. There are quite a few in a box, unlike others. I haven't had any troubles with bags breaking, as another review stated. Decaf tea is always more expensive than normal caffeinated tea, and that is a shame.

Excellent – Overall I really like this product and wouldn't change unless something else came out that was better. As before perhaps you could make the bag a little stronger. I like the taste and it has helped me with my diabieties. As it is decaf it is better for me. I dislike the fact that this product is very expensive and every box I get at least 10-15… Read more

bags break open when I put water on them. It is a waste and would be good if you could make them a little stronger.
