Thai Orchid serve incredible food that is authentic and rich in flavour The staff and service provided was exceptional I would like to comment on the little details that count towards an incredible experience I suffer from major overheating these days - We were seated to the side of an air-conditioner on a 40 degree afternoon The staff noticed I was struggling with the heat and offered to move our group of 7 to another table next to air-conditioning without us having to ask - observant and caring My young Granddaughter is such a fussy eater We ordered her lemon chicken without the lemon They asked if she would like tomato sauce on the side with her chicken strips and also provided a small plate of plain rice for her The waitress said she has fussy eaters in their family and totally understands so they catered for my Granddaughters needs Wouldn’t think twice about recommending Thai Orchid for their food or customer service
