Would not recommend Terry Hardie from this WA company. Poor online marketing, poor market knowledge for our area and he was not readily available on weekends. Seemed to struggle to get viewers in. Fees were high for this level of service too. The house sale was stressful, chaotic and communication was very poor.

Wayne birch will go above and beyond to sell you a German cockroach infested house and cover every detail of it. Then leaves the house locked with keys inside at the handover. Nowhere to be seen. After heaps of back and fourth, he arranged a pest inspector, and didn’t pay for it!

It's difficult to put into words how abysmal my previous property manager was, her name was Christina. that needed dealing with at the rental. Her negative aura continues to haunt me as I apply to new rentals, where she won't even provide a rental reference despite having ample notice. Avoid at all costs.

Run as fast as you can. They are incompetent with basic communication and our property manager was so lazy she suggested I could look up local contractors to fix the bathroom issues in our Kelmscott property. every few weeks for a receipt of works and after 4 months finally received one to discover it was $1500 more than quoted and they have been withholding my rent to pay it down. Apparently its fine to not communicate any of that to the landlord but keep charging $220 month in property management fees!

I have sued The Agency to the tribunal after breaking my lease earlier than the term due to significant repairs reported day 1 of my lease and not done properly, impacting my safety and health. windows could not even opened, they were mould everywhere, the gas stove was not working properly, the back door could not be locked etc. for a 810$ rent/ week. The agent has always behaved in a very arrogant way, stipulating that they knew perfectly the laws and I will lose any action at the tribunal... they were so confident of that they have written contradictory statement by email, even statement against the law. I won my battle at the tribunal, get my bond back and compensation. It has been a lot of energy, time and money waste. Despite of the tribunal decision, they won't change their mind and even in front of the judge they were speaking to me as if I was a child doing a whim. I'm hoping more people in my case won't be scarred to sue them and I just wish I would never deal with them anymore. My new agent (Marriot) is wonderful, respectful and professional person, please people, be careful of the real estate agent while picking a rental.

manager was nearly impossible to reach; calls went unanswered, and emails received little to no response. This lack of communication left me feeling stranded and without essential information.

To add insult to injury, I later discovered that the property manager had gone on leave without providing any notice or arranging for a replacement to handle ongoing responsibilities. This oversight left me in limbo and forced me to take matters into my own hands, making numerous calls to The Agency in an attempt to find a solution.

It was only thanks to Teigan's intervention and the eventual assistance of Paul that I was able to navigate through the process. Even my real estate agent had difficulty getting in touch with the elusive property manager, which turned a simple task like organizing final inspections into a drawn-out drama.

In summary, I cannot in good conscience recommend The Agency, let alone this property manager. This has been, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with a real estate agency. I am immensely grateful to be in the capable hands of my real estate agent at Opal Realty, who truly prioritizes their customers.

I have no intentions of ever returning to The Agency after this ordeal. It's clear that they have a long way to go in terms of customer service and professionalism. My advice to anyone considering their services: steer clear.

buyer. Even looked me in the face after sale and passed it off as though I was in the wrong for being stunned about this encumbrance. Pushed to sign the contract and once signed, no care for consequences for buyer. Stress was horrendous. Do not recommend in a million lifetimes!

got automated emails saying to get in contact with them to organise a private inspection. I tried all day Friday and sent more follow up emails on Saturday as I was told I'd be sent a video tour of the property from the Saturday Inspection - all i received was radio silence. Then i decided over the weekend to do an application anyway as I could pull out and to solidify my interest in seeing the property. I tried all day Monday trying to get in touch with calls and emails to the same agent. I even found the general office number for the Neutral Bay office and got nothing. Went to a recorded message every single time. Tried to message through their chat function on their website and all i got was the agent will be in touch in due time and could be anywhere between 24-48 hours. They just do not give a toss about doing any business. Even better, i was trying to follow up on when the next inspection would be as I was told on the call on thursday that it may be next Tuesday or Wednesday. Could not get any clarity until i went into the system and saw the next inspection times for myself. Then the agent had the nerve to ignore every single call, message and email I had sent to say that they were waiting on one more reference when i had already made it clear that the reference was overseas and their work week wouldn't have even started. Then again no further follow up or answer from anyone until i Just got an automated message to say that the upcoming inspection was cancelled with no reason in the message saying why it was cancelled and no options offered to reschedule. Only later did i find out it had accepted an application and they couldn't be bothered to be upfront about it.

The worst in the industry – - lack of experience - lack of customer service - rarely inspects properties on behalf of owner - frequently makes mistakes regarding financials DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would never use for any of my 3 properties. Bondi Beach branch is the worst; [Name Removed] specifically.

Awful experience as a buyer – The Agency Real Estate Agent had a bullying, aggressive and unethical attitude toward us as buyer. Including our settlement agent and building inspector. Disrespectfull and unprofessional and only focussed on making the sell (commission driven) REIWA should review real estate agents from a buyer's perspective and revoke licenses when unethical behavior is noticed.

Terrible communication and very rude – Very poor communication, and limited drive to get the best result possible for the vendor. [Name Removed] responded to basic questions with irrelevant answers. I wouldn't list property with [Name Removed] or his branch.
