The Ambassador Card

Fraud – I bought gift card worth 500 but could not use it for before using someone else used it and i had no fault in it. These people are so uncooperative and insensitive that i was not offered any compensation or refund instead was pushed to take the legal way. This is a scam for individuals who have hard earned money which is just a bait for these people. Definitely don’t recommend this.

A company offers discount store vouchers for union members – After purchasing a number of vouchers for the Black Friday sales, despite being electronic vouchers they did not arrive. On phoning I was offered a refund in 3-5 working days and was given an email address to send my bank details to for the refund. After 3 weeks I enquired as to why no refund and was told the email had gone to their spam folder and they don’t check it so had not processed the refund, despite this being the address supplied. What business works this way?
