Worst Christmas lunch ever – It was worst Christmas lunch ever. Service was upside down, quality of the food was bad…staff were inexperienced , it was bad, and shocking with every way … the waitresses were very casual for an expensive restaurant.

was on holiday, I opted for their premium offering, the Atrium. Located up the stairs from the ground level entrance. And then turning right, you're greeted with an atmospheric ambience of light, space, colors, statues and lots of green plants...giving an overall airy feeling.

Having had made a booking, we were placed in the middle along with a large round table and a semi circular padded bench.

The customer service experience is above 5 stars, it is the pinnacle of perfect and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel special.

With no set budget in mind, we ordered the seafood platter for two, French champagne and two glasses of Heineken Zero which is great for the taste and even better with no alcohol being the responsible designated driver.

We had a very strange but regal experience when we ordered the seafood platter. The head chef of the establishment came out and greeted us and gave us some tips on how to eat to gain the best experience possible.

We started with caviar with chopped up ingredients and some dips. Then we started on the shellfish (4x king prawns, crab, one-half huge lobster, 6x medium sized oysters, squid, 4x buttered scallops, home-made french fries, garden salad).

We enjoyed ourselves a lot and had the envy of several patrons watching us... it was a very awkward experience.

Nonetheless, we enjoyed the experience and the flawless customer service and will definitely travel to this place and the many offerings the Continental has for the public in the very near future.
