Do not use this company – On the 23 march I ordered a battery and expected it to arrive within a couple of days. 5 days later I send an e.Mail enquiring about the delivery. normal phone number and managed to speak to the receptionist of the company who was going to put me through to somebody who could answer my queries. All I got was a message box. I phoned again and insisted to speak to a real person and finally got hold of a lady whom I gave my order number only to be told that the company had no stock. I found it quite rude for the company to have taken my money , sending me an order confirmation and not notifying me of the no stock situation. I wonder how long I will wait now for a refund

No communication – Purchased battery on the 09/03/2022 online, no confirmation email/tracking number. Payment went out from my account, tried ringing 1300 682 008 multiple times on different days no reply, no email reply from the online enquiry service, customer service pretty poor. Show details

Avoid at all costs – Bought a 150 amp hour Fusion battery advertised as caravan / deep cycle. When i checked it is not it is designed to go into a telephone backup frame. totally useless. E bay will not let me correspond with the seller. And because the purchase was interstate. The state consumer affairs in no help.
