I wish I seen this before I booked of Facebook market place . I ordered the bin on a Tuesday and told them to deliver on the Friday . They dropped the bin off that day like a hour after phone call. Said would pick up on the Monday it’s been 2 weeks and still the bin is at my house. Tried calling 100 times nothing
0/10. They should be called the** We will get there when we feel like bin company** Driver has zero English skills and not much help from them in the office. Not cheap but nasty service.
Worst bin hire ever – I wish I had read the reviews before booking this crew. I booked the bin for the weekend and anticipated an early Saturday delivery. It arrived a bit after 1pm. I filled the bin and expected an early Monday collection. It’s now after 7pm on Tuesday - and you guessed it - it has not been collected, blocking both our driveway and garage. Do not book these people. They are not cheap and they most certainly are unreliable.
$300 and we stored their Bin – Jumped on the website anmd booked a 3m2 bin for delivery Friday and pick up Monday. Given I had taken Friday off to fill the bin I was disappointed it arrived at 1730 hours. Just on 1800 hours on Monday I called their 1800000125 # and was informed in broken English they would pick up in 72 hours after I called. Tuesday at 0900 hours called again… Read more
and got the same run around. It's 1400 hours Tuesday and still storing their bin with no way to get my 2 cars off the road. $300 better spent on a reputable company not these dopes.
