Just to say , called the Bin Guys and got Christine. She was so patient and courteous, helpful and kind. These good people are not always easy to find, organised the booking with efficiency. Thank you! It made my day! I give them 5 stars

Bin arrived on time but the driver firstly dumped it in the wrong spot and when queried he put in the right area but with tree branch overhanging and at a poor angle which meant we had to dog-leg each wheelbarrow of dirt to line it up with ramp. He was off down the road before we could query him again. Totally unnecessary and frustrating.

Awful service. I would not recommend to anybody to use them. I booked a 2m3 skip bin on a Tuesday to be delivered the following Friday to make sure it would be on site on the Monday when we started the job. Got there at 8h30, no bin! assured me my skip bin will be delivered ASAP. We put the demolition rubbish on the client’s lawn hoping the bin would arrive any minute. At 3h30 pm, the bin still was not there. I called again and this time the lady said the driver did not turn up and they were trying to find another driver. We left the job at 5h30 pm and the bin had not arrived. The bin was finally delivered on the Tuesday (24 hours late). I had to make a special trip to the job on the Wednesday to pick up all the rubbish from the lawn and place it in the bin. It took me 45mn plus 30mn to go there and another 30mn to go back. I sent an email asking for a small discount to make up for the extra travelling, the extra work and the extra stress. I was politely refused. I will never ever use them again.

Commercial building waste removal – First class service, very friendly and professional staff (both office staff and the delivery drivers) I would recommend TBG any time

No interested in my business – Tried to schedule a drop off within a 4 hour window so I could be there to give access and absolutely couldn't be bothered trying to assist other than "be there all day and we'll call you when were on the way".

Professional, Courteous, On Time, Good Value – I can't recommend The Bin Guys highly enough. I tried many other options before contacting TBG and was not answered, put on hold or warned off by previous reviews. They delivered on time (6am!!) and have efficient, courteous staff and driver. Great service – I am very happy with The Bin Guys. I contacted them early Saturday morning and they had the skip delivered before 12. They said they may only have it delivered on Monday but said they will do their best.

Great service and friendly staff – I hired a 5 cubic meter bin for the removal of an old lawn. The bin was delivered and picked up on time. The driver placed the bin where it was requested and left no damage to the pavers on which it was placed. The cost of the bin was really good value. I have used this company before and will use them again. Five star service.

Use these guys! Very easy to book – Easy website to use to book a skip bin, range of sizes and clear costing. Was able to specify what was going inside the skip bin. Great communication, quick confirmation email and the driver was friendly yet professional
