I've bought several orders from The Book Grocer recently, I love their range of titles and prices, the service is fantastic, all my orders have arrived promptly and the books have are all in excellent condition. Show details

Until now service and pricing great. However their current advertising is misleading at best showing products not actually included in the offer. Be very wary when checking out. Highly deceptive practice.

I’ve ordered from the book grocer twice now. Items have been dispatched quickly and arrived well packed and in good condition. My last order I placed on a Sunday and when I got the confirmation, I realised the delivery address had reverted to my old address. I emailed them and they replied/rectified it the same day. they prosper for a very long time in a market increasingly dominated by that aggressive player Amazon who killed off the Book Depository whom I loved for many years. @thebookgrocer please never sell out to this shark.

Great shop – Book Grocer is a really good Australian company. The prices are great. Delivery is on point. Navigating the website is easy. There is no constant spamming of emails once you have signed up. The books are in amazing condition. I will not buy my books anywhere else

Faith restored – Positive; easy to order and track item, speedy delivery. Negative: book was described " in very good condition". Very disappointed to find the pages had oxidised and turned yellow. Pleasantly surprised – Ordered a hard cover book described as in 'good' condition. Very pleased. The description is a bit of an understatement. The book appears near-new. the next time I logged into the email program a few hours later. All sorted. Not a problem. Good communication. Didn't even delay the picking and packing by the look of it. Received an email 2 hours later confirming order was being packed – and would be shipped on the same day (Sept 1). Tracking number also provided. Postage $10.00. On September 7th received an email from Australia Post that the book would arrive that day. Delivered late afternoon. Well packed.

The Book Grocer – Easy to order online, Books are at at great prices, with a wide range to choose from. Well packaged. Delivery was quick. I have ordered twice and will order again. As you can never have too many Books.
